Outside there’s a wonderful private balcony which can be accessed from the living room as well as two of the bedrooms, and here you’ll have a fantastic spot for dining in the sunshine or kicking back with a glass of bubbly while taking in the views.

Fistral Beach and the coast path are roughly 10 minutes’ walk from the front door which means you’ll have one of Newquay’s loveliest sandy stretches within easy reach, and if you fancy taking to the waves, you can book lessons, or hire boards and equipment from its beach-based surf schools and hire companies. Also within close distance are Newquay’s brilliant restaurants, shops and coffee bars while family-friendly attractions like the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo are just a short drive away.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
