Ceiling-high windows in the living space frame the spectacular views which stretch over Fistral Beach and out to sea, the turquoise waters contrasting the property’s earthy tones and neutral décor. The open-plan living area lends itself to evenings of relaxation, and on summer nights, guests can unwind on the balcony for sundowners. The kitchen/diner forms a lovely space for entertaining, and its open-plan design means the designated chef won’t miss out on conversation or the view.

After days playing in the waves, four tranquil bedrooms await. Situated on the first and second floors, each bedroom is light and airy with muted hues and natural textures. Two of the four bedrooms have doors leading out to a private balcony where far-reaching views along the coast create the ideal spot for savouring the first coffee of the day.

Adding to the space on offer, Trelantis offers a home cinema and games room in the converted garage below, complete with a projector/cinema screen, bean bags, table football and darts. This space also has storage for surfboards, bodyboards and beach gear as well as racks for hanging wetsuits.

Newquay has long been a favourite for those looking to embrace the relaxed surfing lifestyle. Fistral Beach is less than a 10-minute walk from Gwelva, where you can spend your days learning to surf at one of the local surf schools or simply laze on the sand and soak up the atmosphere. Newquay’s town centre is close by and bustles with cafes, award-winning restaurants and cocktail bars offering a true taste of Cornwall.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver: We ask our guests for a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed. £40 per pet, per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas.

Open-plan with the living / dining area on the third floor, the kitchen is clean and contemporary with plenty of work surfaces and storage. Appliances include an electric fan-assisted oven and an induction hob, fridge and freezer, separate drinks fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, blender / mixer and dishwasher. An iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer and high chairs are also provided.
A range of cookware, glasses, crockery and utensils are provided as well as adult and children's cutlery

Master Bedroom
Situated on the second floor this lovely bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Large glass doors open out on to a private balcony with glass balustrade and bistro table with two chairs.
This bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom Two
Situated on the second floor and is furnished with a super king size bed (that can be arranged as twin beds on request), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

Bedroom Three
Situated on the first floor this bedroom is furnished with a super king size bed (which can be configured as two singles), bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and free-standing wardrobe. The room opens through French doors out on to a lovely private balcony with glass balustrade and a table with two chairs.
This bedroom also features a modern en-suite shower room.

Bedroom Four
Located on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, lamps and a chest of drawers.
