Beautifully designed, luxuriously equipped and just two minutes’ walk from the beach, there’s really little more you could ask for to enjoy fantastic family holidays and glamorous get-togethers.

Inside the house you’ll discover airy and light-filled rooms with expanses of glass framing uninterrupted views over the Atlantic. Five fantastic bedrooms create tranquil retreats for relaxation or solitude after those glorious beach days, and all are spacious with comfortable beds.

The tastefully styled and furnished open plan living area invites you to spend time socialising, or unwinding together in complete comfort, and a high spec kitchen with a selection of top-notch appliances and gadgets makes cooking and entertaining a breeze. This home’s exceptional design centres around relaxation no matter the season, which is why you’ll find large comfy sofas and a feature fireplace in the living room, plus plenty of seating dotted around the home for taking in the views or for drifting off to the sound of the waves in the distance.

Outside is equally as spectacular with a huge sun terrace overlooking the ocean. Drenched in the summer sunshine, it has an outdoor lounge suite as well as sun loungers creating the perfect spots for sunbathing or to catch up on your holiday reading. Of course, holidays on the Cornish coast call for as much fresh air dining as possible, something the house caters for oh so beautifully, with stunning gas fired dining tables and patio heaters so you can linger over your glass of bubbly long after the sun sets.

Ideally placed close to the beach and town, several sandy stretches lie waiting to be explored including Towan Beach which is just 2 minutes’ walk away and Great Western (around 10 minutes). Fistral Beach is an easy 7-ish minute drive and here you’ll find Fistral Surf Co. which hires out boards and equipment as well as offers surfing and SUP lessons. For families looking to keep children entertained on non-beach days, The Blue Reef Aquarium lies right on the doorstep, and Newquay Zoo is 5 minutes’ drive.

A host of fabulous gadgets are also provided including a Delonghi Magnifica bean-to-cup coffee machine and Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser hot chocolate maker, bread oven, Ninja FoodiMax, food processor, and waffle maker, iron and ironing board
A shelving unit alongside the back door which leads out to a private patio is stocked with all you’ll need for outdoor dining including a pizza oven, BBQ utensils, plates, cutlery, bowls and glasses

The house provides Sophie Conran dinnerware as well as candelabras so is perfectly set up for special celebrations
