With its stunning coastline, world-class beaches and vibrant atmosphere, holidays in Newquay are pretty hard to beat, so it isn’t hard to see what keeps visitors flocking to its sandy shores all year round.

Set just 5 minutes walk from the heart of the town, Newquay’s restaurants, shops and café’s are within easy reach. Towan Beach is also 5 minutes walk and Fistral Beach 10 minutes, which means you can be from the front door to golden sands in no time at all. A period property with its own private garden and parking for two cars, the house boasts plenty of inside space too, with original features adding to its charm. Attractively furnished and styled, there are four double bedrooms arranged over its two upper floors, the biggest of which is the master which occupies the top level and has lovely side-on sea views.

On the ground floor there’s an amply sized kitchen with breakfast table that comes fully kitted out for home cooking. The separate lounge / diner features a big bay window, sofas and a TV, as well as a fireplace for keeping things cosy and warm during the cooler months. Outside, the tiered back garden is the perfect place for lazing in the sunshine, and includes a decked patio area which is furnished with a table, chairs, and BBQ for outdoor entertaining. The garden is fully enclosed so guests with four legged members of the family in tow can have peace of mind when they’re let outside to stretch their legs.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 4 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
    Number of steps: 2 external access steps, 2 internal flights of stairs
    Type of heating: Central Heating
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Coffee Machine: pod coffee machine
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
    Additional Extras: There is a cot and a high chair available upon request, as these are not stored at the property, please add them to your booking if required.

    Situated on the ground floor, this lovely room with its bay window is furnished with a flat screen Smart television with Freeview, a large corner sofa, a second two-seater sofa (which converts to a bed), an armchair, and a beautiful original fireplace
    The living room is open plan with the dining room

    A reading snug with swivel armchair can be found on the first floor landing

    The amply-equipped kitchen features a farmhouse style breakfast table with seating as well as a range of large and small appliances which include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine, cafetiere, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. A selection of glasses, cutlery, crockery, cookware and utensils is provided

    Open plan with the living room it features a large table, eight dining chairs, music system and Bluetooth speaker

    Master en suite
    The second floor master bedroom with lovely side-on sea views features its own en-suite shower room and has a king size bed, bedside tables with drawers, bedside lamps, mirror and a hanging rail for clothes

    Bedroom Two
    This first floor bedroom is furnished with a double bed, free-standing wardrobe, bedside lamps and mirror. This room has a Smart TV with Freeview and a DVD player

    Bedroom Three
    The third bedroom is also located on the first floor and has sea views to the side. It is furnished with twin beds (configured to a super king size on request), a mirror, bedside tables and lamps, free-standing wardrobe and mirror

    Bedroom Four
    Bedroom Four is also located on the first floor and is furnished with a super king size bed (which can be configured to twins on request), a mirror, bedside tables, free-standing wardrobe and bedside lamps

    En suite shower room to the top floor master bedroom with walk in shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hand basin, pedestal cabinet and WC

    Bathroom Two
    The family bathroom which is located on the first floor has a bath with separate shower cubicle, a hand basin and cabinet, mirror, heated towel rail and WC

    The separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin is located under the stairs on the ground floor
  • Outside
    The secure, enclosed garden to the back of the house is a great spot for spending time in the sunshine or for outdoor entertaining, and includes an area of lawn as well as a raised decked patio which is furnished with a table, chairs, rattan seating and a charcoal BBQ
  • Parking
    Off-road parking for two small to medium sized cars provided directly to the front of the property, and further parking or is available in the nearby public car parks.

superb house for our family and dog for half term

this was a brilliant house for us with a family of 8 and a dog: lots of space, comfortable rooms, open fire, well equipped kitchen with tumble drier and washing machine (needed for a half term at the beach) excellent location, very comfortable tv room. nice garden area with outdoor table and bbq. superb communication from the luxury coastal team as well.

Excellent locally! The house was very welcoming and comfortable after an eight hour drive. It's was just a few minutes walk away from the beautiful beach which our three dogs thoroughly enjoyed!
