Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £250 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.

Number of steps: There are circa 31 steps across varying levels from the car park to the front door of Apartment 16, At the Beach.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Coffee Machine: Built-in bean-to-cup coffee machine in addition to a free standing Tassimo coffee and drinks pod machine
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
Property surroundings: For guest’s safety, 16 At The Beach has a motion sensor Ring Doorbell, which records guests and visitors when approaching the front door.
Decorated for Christmas: Yes, the property is decorated for Christmas.

At the Beach occupies a prime position in the sleepy South Devon village of Torcross, perfect for those who like to kick-back and relax. Many of the apartments have wonderful views out to sea or across to Slapton Ley Nature Reserve, a haven for wildlife throughout the year and, as the name suggests, you can be on the beach within minutes.
Second time staying here and the apartment did not disappoint. It was very clean and tidy with all the comforts of home. The weather certainly helped as it was dry throughout our stay, so lots of walks and exploring the area. It' was the perfect base for us and there are many eateries close by to make sure we did not go hungry . Will certainly look to return again in the future.

Lovely apartment, all the facilities you will need plus more! Very comfortable, overall we enjoyed our stay, A couple of negative points - Access is unusual, a lot of stairs using the front door from the entrance or a fairly steep hill and then stairs from the car park to the door. The water heater for the central heating is located in a cupboard in the master bedroom, for a light sleeper, like myself, the constant noise was a problem probably worse at this time of the year. It was a very cold few days! I have to point out that these negatives didn't spoil our stay!
