Situated within 100 acres of lush Devonshire landscape and just 2 miles from Woolacombe Beach, No.1 The Vista offers a beautifully styled and well-equipped haven, making it the perfect base for enjoying the North Devon coastline with family and friends.

Designed for ultimate comfort, the home is equipped with top-notch amenities, including Smart TVs, streaming devices, and music systems to entertain both adults and children. The double-volume open plan living/dining/cooking space with sliding doors to the outside provides an ideal setting for indoor/outdoor entertaining. A private terrace and garden allow for BBQ sessions and relaxation. The four luxury bedrooms offer sumptuous retreats, with a twin and king on the ground floor and another twin and king upstairs. Both twin rooms can be reconfigured to super kings, catering to the needs of large families or four couples.

Willingcott not only offers exceptional views but also provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities like walking routes and cycle tracks. The Tarka Trail passes by, and the South West Coast Path is easily accessible, providing an unparalleled experience of North Devon’s beauty.

Woolacombe, one of Devon’s best beaches, is an ideal spot for both family days out and water sport fanatics. At low tide the 3-mile beach reveals a series of rock pools which are perfect for little explorers to get up close with local marine life, and it’s especially good for surfing too. A beach-based surf school means visitors of all ages and abilities can take to the waves, and equipment hire companies right on the beach mean you don’t need to lug wetsuits and boards along with you. The region is renowned for other beaches as well, including sheltered bays like Barricane and Lee Bay, and the charming Puttsborough and Saunton Sands.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (this should show as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no claim. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
    Number of steps: 1 step into the property, flight of internal stairs
    Type of heating: Central heating
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Travel cot and high chair: Yes, one of each available upon request.
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
