Designed for ultimate comfort, the home is equipped with top-notch amenities, including Smart TVs, streaming devices, and music systems to entertain both adults and children. The double-volume open plan living/dining/cooking space with sliding doors to the outside provides an ideal setting for indoor/outdoor entertaining. A private terrace and garden allow for BBQ sessions and relaxation. The four luxury bedrooms offer sumptuous retreats, with a twin and king on the ground floor and another twin and king upstairs. Both twin rooms can be reconfigured to super kings, catering to the needs of large families or four couples.

Willingcott not only offers exceptional views but also provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities like walking routes and cycle tracks. The Tarka Trail passes by, and the South West Coast Path is easily accessible, providing an unparalleled experience of North Devon’s beauty.

Woolacombe, one of Devon’s best beaches, is an ideal spot for both family days out and water sport fanatics. At low tide the 3-mile beach reveals a series of rock pools which are perfect for little explorers to get up close with local marine life, and it’s especially good for surfing too. A beach-based surf school means visitors of all ages and abilities can take to the waves, and equipment hire companies right on the beach mean you don’t need to lug wetsuits and boards along with you. The region is renowned for other beaches as well, including sheltered bays like Barricane and Lee Bay, and the charming Puttsborough and Saunton Sands.

We ask our guests for a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. all went ok - beautiful house in nice surroundings. There was some mouldy food in the cupboards when we arrived which hadn't been dealt with but soon was. Had a couple of small faults when there and got no reply from the owners to fix them - but nothing too important.

Outstanding property close to all facilities

Wow! We were blown away with how good the property was. The attention to detail with the aesthetics of the house were beautiful. We had a wonderful week at the property. Our dogs particularly loved having the open space to roam around. We are working out when we can rebook the house as its placed in a slice of special part of the UK. The welcome gift was a lovely surprise from Nicola.
