Set within 100 acres of lush Devonshire landscape yet within just 2 miles of Woolacombe Beach, the beautifully styled and equipped No. 8 The Vista is the perfect base from which to relish all that the incredible North Devon coastline has to offer. Designed with complete comfort in mind, this home is awash with the very best of fittings and furnishings throughout including a Smart TV and streaming devices to keep both adults and children entertained. A wonderful double volume open plan living / dining / cooking space with sliding doors leading outside is ideal for indoor / outdoor entertaining, and the private terrace which catches all the afternoon sun means you can BBQ, relax and unwind to your heart’s content.

Four luxury bedrooms offer guests their own sumptuous retreats to return to after days spent down at the beach or exploring the area, with a twin and king on the ground, and another twin and king upstairs. Both twin rooms can be reconfigured to super kings to suit all groups of guests so whether you’re a large family or four couples, the house can be tailored to your individual needs.

In the heart of the countryside, Willingcott has extensive shared grounds as well as plenty of opportunity for outdoor excursions like walking routes and cycle tracks. The Tarka Trail runs right past the site, while the South West Coast Path is within easy reach. Woolacombe's beach which has been awarded 'World Class Surfing Reserve' is within a few minute's drive so for those who love surfing, sunbathing and sandcastle building, it's an excellent spot for family days out. Well-known for its other beaches too, the area boasts several sheltered bays including Barricane and Lee Bay, as well as the lovely Putsborough and Saunton Sands.

This fabulous accommodation was the perfect place for a family break, nice and clean also very modern ,within easy driving distance to some nice beaches and other facilities. if you want peace and quiet this is the place to stay. Hot tub was great with added bonus of being able to book the heated outdoor swimming pool .

Exceeded expectations. Very spacious and the most clean place I've ever been to on holiday. I usually have to clean a place my self before staying somewhere. Located centrally to all places. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Hot tub was an amazing touch and kept clean throughout our stay. The interior was very well thought of, with all the latest technology inside. It was the most well equipped holiday place too, the owners have thought of everything anyone could possibly need whilst on holiday. We will definitely be staying again.

Overall a good break. A short distance from lovely beaches. The pool an added bonus but the rule of 12 people at a time was sometimes not adhered to by other guests. Upon arrival the property wasn't ready which after a long journey wasn't ideal.

The accommodation was excellent with everything provided we could possibly need. We stayed for one week and were very impressed somebody came to check the BBQ once during our stay and someone else came twice to check the hot tub. We used the food truck on site and the food was most enjoyable. We had cause to phone the contact number for help due to lack of towels and this was rectified pleasantly within an hour. The beds were comfortable and the showers very efficient. The accommodation was very clean. No complaints at all.

The only things we felt we was missing, there was no privacy at all from the other lodges when you are in the hot tub. We also think robes for the hot tub would be a nice touch. Apart from that we had a wonderful time and will return.

The location is only a few minutes drive from Woolacombe and is very peaceful. This is a very new site so there were areas under development. The accommodation was amazing, everything you should need and more is provided for you and there is more than enough space within the property for eight people. The property is finished to a very high level and I would be more than happy to go back again.
