Laid out over one floor, No. 6 The Vista has three spacious bedrooms and luxurious open plan living which has been designed for entertaining and socialising. There are top notch fixtures and fittings throughout like high quality beds, beautiful bathrooms and a wonderful fully kitted out kitchen / diner. As with our other Willingcott properties, this home will have access to the extensive shared grounds as well as its own outdoor space in the form of a large wrap-around decked terrace with a gas BBQ, outdoor furniture and a gorgeous bubbling hot tub.
Set within 100 acres of countryside, Willingcott is surrounded by numerous walking routes and cycle tracks. The Tarka Trail runs right past the site, while the South West Coast Path is within easy reach, so for those who wish to experience North Devon’s beauty and scenery, it doesn’t get better. Woolacombe Beach which has been awarded a ‘World Class Surfing Reserve’ status boasts 3 miles of golden beach and famous Atlantic swells so days can be spent sunbathing, swimming, rock pooling or surfing. Other wonderful beaches in the area include Barricane with its fantastic Sri Lankan food hut, Putsborough, Saunton Sands and Croyde.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Type of heating: Infrared heating panels on the ceiling and towel radiators in the bathrooms
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Travel cot and high chair: Both are available, please add to your booking if required
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Luxury Coastal property all in all but we did experience a few issues that I would not expect from an organisation that uses the word "Luxury" in its name. Firstly there was no toilet roll on arrival (something I would consider to be essential). so after driving 7 hours to get there we were obliged to make an emergency trip to the super market. There were also no tea towels and the welcome pack consisted of s bar of Cadburys milk chocolate and a box of chocolate biscuits - all very nice but hardly essential items. I was also surprised that there were no toiletries in the bathrooms. even Travelodge provides soap and shampoo for its guests. Again I would expect this as standard from a "Luxury" company. Finally our check out time was 10.00 but the maintenance people turned up at 8 to drain the hot tub, which was a huge disappointment. Nobody should have turned up before checkout. Will I use this company again? At this moment in time I'm not very sure.

As a self catering property, we provide a starter supply of essentials including one toilet roll per bathroom. We understand that after a long journey, having additional supplies readily available would have been helpful, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused.
