No. 7 The Vista is just that place, and with its stunning design and incredible location just 2 miles from the beach, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better suited property for family holidays on this fantastic slice of the North Devon coast. As well as being the perfect base for your Woolacombe stay, this luxury four-bedroom eco home has been designed with complete comfort in mind, so you can expect the very best of fittings and furnishings throughout.

The double volume open plan living / dining / cooking space is ideal for entertaining with sliding doors accessing the terrace and extensive shared grounds where you can BBQ, relax and unwind to your heart’s content. The home’s four luxury bedrooms include a twin and king on the ground floor, and another twin and king upstairs. Both twin rooms can be reconfigured to super kings to suit all groups of guests so whether you’re a large family or four couples, the house can be tailored to your individual needs.

A scenic spot within 100 acres of countryside, Willingcott offers plenty of opportunity for outdoor excursions. The Tarka Trail runs right past the site, while the South West Coast Path is within easy reach, so for those who wish to experience North Devon’s beauty and scenery it doesn’t get better. Of course, for most visitors holidaying in Woolacombe it’s all about the town’s 3-mile golden beach and famous Atlantic swells, where days can be spent sunbathing, swimming, rock pooling or surfing. The beach which is privately owned, also offers terrific facilities like seasonal lifeguarding, a large car park, beach huts, toilets, café’s and shops. Other wonderful beaches in the area include Barricane with its fantastic Sri Lankan food hut, Putsborough, Saunton Sands and Croyde.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £300 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (this should show as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no claim. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
    Number of steps: 12 external steps up to the property, 1 flight of internal stairs
    Type of heating: Infra-red ceiling heaters and heated towel rails in bathrooms
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Travel cot and high chair: Yes, one of each available upon request.
    Coffee Machine: Nescafe Dolce Gusto, coffee pods are not supplied.
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.

Beautiful place, clean, customer service was great. Only thing (not too much of an issue) is it's not very private as No8's main entrance faces your hot tub. Next time I would book No5.
