Set within the exclusive Willingcott development which lies in a lush valley just 2 miles from Woolacombe Beach, you’ll have the best of both coast and countryside on your doorstep. The 3 miles of golden sand are ideal for sunbathing and sandcastle building, with the bay providing excellent conditions for surfing and water sports. Nearby, the Tarka Trail affords you plenty of opportunity for walking and cycling, while Woolacombe itself offers an array of shops and restaurants to complete your holiday experience.

Step inside and discover an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the cooking and dining area to the large, light-filled living room. The kitchen boasts modern amenities and sleek surfaces, catering to both the culinary enthusiast and casual cook alike. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms mean there’s more than enough space for all to be comfortable, with the furnishings and decor evoking a sense of modern coastal chic that combine soothing colours with tasteful touches of nautical inspiration.

Outside, your private patio beckons you to unwind in the sunshine and enjoy al fresco dining, or simply savour the tranquillity of the surroundings. The patio opens up to vast, communal gardens, offering a delightful space for leisurely strolls and outdoor activities.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (this should show as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no claim. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
    Number of steps: 8 external steps up to the property, 1 flight of internal stairs
    Type of heating: Infra-red ceiling heaters and heated towel rails in bathrooms
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Travel cot and high chair: Yes, one of each available upon request.
    Coffee machine: Nescafe Dolce Gusto, coffee pods are not supplied.
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.

Fantastic stay with the family with excellent accommodation near by very beautiful beaches. House felt welcoming, very clean and fully equipped. Hot tub was amazing and not overlooked by anyone else. The swimming pool was lovely and clean and a decent size. Excellent value for money. Wish we could of stayed longer and would not hesitate to book again.

Fabulous stay at No. 9 The Vista, Willingcott

We spent a wonderful week at Willingcott, helped by a sunny turn in the weather to make exploring North Devon even more enjoyable. The property is beautifully designed and decorated, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Furniture and fittings are of a very high standard and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a welcome pack with milk, tea, coffee, sugar, chocolate, cookies and Prosecco There is still some work taking place on site but this really didn't impact our stay at all. We were able to sit on the terrace and use the hot tub in the afternoon sunshine without interruption. The location, just a very short drive from Woolacombe is ideal for visiting beaches and tackling any number of walks (long or short). We visited Ilfracombe a couple of times, drove down the coast to Clovelly, walked out to Baggy Point from Croyde and visited the stunning Lynton and Lynmouth. We loved our stay at No. 9, as did our dog

Lovely place with loads to do on the doorstep

We had a lovely time at Willingcott - despite the dreadful weather! The house is spacious, light and well equipped. We really loved the hot tub (even in the rain) and had a lot of fun exploring the area on our bikes (the bike route goes almost straight past the front door) and also did the infamous Woolacombe Dunes parkrun (the Dune of Doom is no joking matter!). Once the landscaping around the houses has had time to grow into itself, the surroundings will make this a very special place indeed. Thank you for a great weekend.
