Set within the exclusive Willingcott development which lies in a lush valley just 2 miles from Woolacombe Beach, you’ll have the best of both coast and countryside on your doorstep. The 3 miles of golden sand are ideal for sunbathing and sandcastle building, with the bay providing excellent conditions for surfing and water sports. Nearby, the Tarka Trail affords you plenty of opportunity for walking and cycling, while Woolacombe itself offers an array of shops and restaurants to complete your holiday experience.

Step inside and discover an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the cooking and dining area to the large, light-filled living room. The kitchen boasts modern amenities and sleek surfaces, catering to both the culinary enthusiast and casual cook alike. Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
Number of steps: 8 external steps up to the property, 1 flight of internal stairs
Type of heating: Infra-red ceiling heaters and heated towel rails in bathrooms
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Travel cot and high chair: Yes, one of each available upon request.
Coffee machine: Nescafe Dolce Gusto, coffee pods are not supplied.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.

Our second staying at Willingcott (same villa too) we love the proximity to the beaches and the space for children to roam. Parts of the property are beginning to tire - electric towel rails not working, some furnishings broken/not fixed. Internal tech not working. On the whole it doesnt affect your stay but it would be good to get these things fixed up.

The accommodation is lovely and clean, comfortable bedrooms, very spacious, the electric car charging was great, every thing you needed for a comfortable weekend. The only negative was the garden furniture was left out in the rain with no cover and was saturated, it took us the whole weekend to dry the cushions out!

Beautifully presented eco house in lovely setting

We were a party of six adults, a 4 month old baby and a cocker spaniel, there for a sixtieth birthday. The accommodation is first rate. Everywhere is light and airy. All the rooms are generously proportioned and they have been decorated tastefully and to a high standard. Furniture, fittings, bedding etc all feel high quality (as an example, the bathroom taps and cisterns are Geberit and clearly beautifully engineered!). The balcony in the main bedroom has a stunning view. The ensuite in one of the downstairs bedrooms is large and well kitted out. At the end of a cold, misty February, the whole house was warm and comfortable. Outside, the decking and hot tub face onto hilly grassland - completely private and with nice views. We would return in a heartbeat.

Family stay, 2 teenagers and grandparents which made 6 in total. No.9 the vista is a wonderful property to stay in, everything was immaculate. The place is stunning, clean and the best equipped getaway we have stayed in. The home is beautifully decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable, the outdoor space was private and perfect for evenings in the hot tub. The location is just a few minutes in to Woolacombe in a peaceful setting, local areas for scenic walking just up the road. I would 100% recommend this place for a family holiday, We will be returning, it was completely home from home.

As an extended family of 8 and a dog we were looking for luxury, quality, good value for money and enough room for everyone. The location was great not too far to drive to places of interest. We even managed to walk into Woolacombe one evening. The lodge was spacious and modern and perfect for our family. The only disappointment is the checking in and out times . We felt 4pm was quite late to check in and 10am very early to check out. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic stay with the family with excellent accommodation near by very beautiful beaches. House felt welcoming, very clean and fully equipped. Hot tub was amazing and not overlooked by anyone else. The swimming pool was lovely and clean and a decent size. Excellent value for money. Wish we could of stayed longer and would not hesitate to book again.

We spent a wonderful week at Willingcott, helped by a sunny turn in the weather to make exploring North Devon even more enjoyable. The property is beautifully designed and decorated, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Furniture and fittings are of a very high standard and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a welcome pack with milk, tea, coffee, sugar, chocolate, cookies and Prosecco There is still some work taking place on site but this really didn't impact our stay at all. We were able to sit on the terrace and use the hot tub in the afternoon sunshine without interruption. The location, just a very short drive from Woolacombe is ideal for visiting beaches and tackling any number of walks (long or short). We visited Ilfracombe a couple of times, drove down the coast to Clovelly, walked out to Baggy Point from Croyde and visited the stunning Lynton and Lynmouth. We loved our stay at No. 9, as did our dog

Lovely place with loads to do on the doorstep

We had a lovely time at Willingcott - despite the dreadful weather! The house is spacious, light and well equipped. We really loved the hot tub (even in the rain) and had a lot of fun exploring the area on our bikes (the bike route goes almost straight past the front door) and also did the infamous Woolacombe Dunes parkrun (the Dune of Doom is no joking matter!). Once the landscaping around the houses has had time to grow into itself, the surroundings will make this a very special place indeed. Thank you for a great weekend.
