At the Beach sits at one end of Slapton Sands, a three mile shingle beach that is dog fog friendly all year.

Located on the first floor, this apartment's large bay window in the living room benefits from views of both the Ley out to the left, and of the sea out to the right. So whether you’re enjoying your morning, coffee in hand, or watching the sun set with a glass of something cold, you’ll have lovely views to enjoy.

As soon as you breathe in the sea air, you’ll feel instantly relaxed and you can feel the waves wash over your toes within minutes. Slapton Sands is a pretty Devon village with a café, pub and farm shop, where you can buy lots of local goodies to enjoy or take home to remind you of your time away. If you want to venture further afield, Dartmouth and Salcombe are both a short drive away.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £100 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
Number of steps: The property building is accessed by 4 steps and there are 17 stairs within the apartment complex to reach the apartment door. There is alternative external access via the side of the building with 16 steps across varying levels.
Type of heating: Central heating with radiators
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
Coffee Machine: Bosch Tassimo pods coffee machine
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

At the Beach occupies a prime position in the sleepy South Devon village of Torcross, perfect for those who like to kick-back and relax. Many of the apartments have wonderful views out to sea or across to Slapton Ley Nature Reserve, a haven for wildlife throughout the year and, as the name suggests, you can be on the beach within minutes.

Lovely views from comfortable apartment

Number 10 is a very comfortable apartment with nice views of Slapton Ley and the sea from the living room. It feels spacious except the kitchen is very short of storage space and the shower is cramped for anyone taller than average (but on the other hand the bath is huge). The cheerful Christmas tree was a lovely touch that we really appreciated. Overall it's a great apartment that is ideal for up to 4 people. We would happily return.

Tonnes of space and a fabulous location

We had a brilliant week staying at 10 At The Beach. Location couldnt be better! We are a family of three with a baby so there was plenty of space for us, the only issue we had was accessing the property with the pram but soon got used to carrying it up and down the stairs. The property was extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay and we wouldnt hesitate at booking again!

We had a wonderful stay. As said the apartment was beautiful. Fabulous for us and the dogs. Fantastic walks couldnt fault any this. I contacted Harry a couple of times and hes the best. Always got back to me and very helpful.

Great place to stay in a lovely part of South Devon

I chose this property becuase it was near some high quality Devon coastline, looked like a nice place to stay and wasn't too expensive We were not dissappointed, a lovely place to stay in a nice little village right by the sea We loved the local pub - serving gernous portions of delicious food - the fish and chips is locally caught is enough to even fill my huge appetite The flat was clean and well apppointed, although weirdly did not have a frying pan Beautiful walks can be had a short drive away on some very wild rugged coastline with some hidden gems of beaches Dartmouth is the nearest big down which is also very pleasant My one slight dissapointment was that the sea view was only visible through the side of the bay window and a house got in the way. If you want a proper sea view there are other apartments in the block which can provide it - but of course you'll have to pay more for them
