Located just a brief 3-minute drive from Porthminster Beach (or a leisurely stroll across the castle grounds) and within a 6-minute drive of the town’s picturesque harbour, this holiday property is simply perfect for family holidays on Cornwall’s west coast.

The home's interior is crisp, modern, and comfortable, featuring four luxurious bedrooms, a beautiful open-plan living space and balcony, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a wraparound terrace overlooking the grounds, castle, and sea. There’s also a downstairs snug that doubles as a TV room/office, providing guests who need to work from home (or teens and older children) with their own space. Tailored for families and couples, the property boasts a selection of entertainment features, including Smart TVs with Freeview and a PlayStation 4 games console.

Spanning two floors, with the lounge/dining area and kitchen on the upper level and three of the four bedrooms on the ground floor, the layout encourages relaxation and stylish socialising. Two terrace - a wraparound deck on the ground floor and an upstairs balcony, offer delightful spots for unwinding in the sunshine, al fresco dining, or simply enjoying time together while overlooking the extensive shared grounds, 9-hole golf course, and the bay below.

St. Ives, an award-winning destination, charms visitors with its cobbled Downalong, independent shops, renowned Tate art gallery, and an impressive array of restaurants. The true highlight, however, lies in the abundance of sandy beaches at its doorstep, including the popular Porthmeor, Porthminster, and the iconic harbour. Here, guests can indulge in activities like swimming, sunbathing, paddle boarding, surfing, and kayaking to their heart's content.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (hold the funds as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is damage or additional cleaning. This will be due 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: No pets allowed

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Coffee Machine: Cafetiere
    On-site Pool: Although Tregenna Castle on-site facilities are available for our guests to use at an additional cost, the indoor pool cannot be used during school holiday periods. The outdoor pool is not available to our guests.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
    Additional Extras: Bookable directly with Tregenna Castle

    • Indoor swimming pool (£7 per person for non-residents and restricted to one hour per session. £3.50 for ages (3-12years). Free for under 3's. Towel hire - £1 per towel. - Non-resident swims are restricted to one hour and are not available during school holidays. Balls and inflatables are prohibited.
    • Two all-weather tennis courts (for non-residents £10 per hour will be charged. Please pay at reception). Tennis rackets and balls can be hired at the leisure reception (£1 per racket).
    • Badminton courts - (£8 per hour for non-residents).
