Just a short stroll from the beach, the apartment is perfectly positioned for days spent paddling the waves of the bay or for lazing on the sand while soaking up the Cornish sunshine. And after a long day of salt and surf guests can de-sand in one of the penthouse’s three modern bathrooms (including a luxury en-suite to the master bedroom) before retiring to bed for a night of deep and comfortable sleep.
Fairsky’s four generously sized bedrooms are arranged on the upper two floors and include two kings (each with stunning sea views) and two twins with TVs. Airy and elegant with premium beds and high quality linens, they offer a relaxing sanctuary to retreat to meaning you’ll wake up refreshed and energised; ready to make the most of another beautiful day in Cornwall.
Cornwall is famous for its delectable seafood and earthy produce and what better way to experience the delights of the local area than by a dining experience at the coveted Ugly Butterfly, just a short walk from Fairsky. Head Chef Adam Handling’s new restaurant is the talk of the town with his flare for creating exquisite dishes from locally-sourced quality ingredients.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £400 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

Fairsky is situated in a quiet residential area and is best suited to families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing break near the beach. If your booking falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements.

Fabulous family holiday at Fairsky

Stayed for a week with my mum, husband, daughters and their partners, 7 adults. Great property, very comfortable, clean and plenty of space for us all. We loved the area and the apartment was perfectly situated for the beach and walks to St Ives. We also made use of the train to and from St Ives, it was reasonably priced and the views were spectacular !! Had fab days out at the Minack Theatre, Lizard and Kynance Cove, St Michaels mount, paradise park and Godrevy lighthouse. We would recommend all. Had lovely meals at the Beach restaurant & Rajpoot Indian (one of the best weve been too, wish it was our local) in St Ives and the Angarrack inn. Also recommend the st Ives bakery for a cracking pasty !! Communication with the Luxury Coastal team was very good, we had no issues so didnt need to contact the housekeeper. We would definitely recommend Fairsky and we hope to return in the future xx

Fairsky is a fabulous apartment- clean, comfortable, well equipped with fantastic views and easy access to Carbis Bay. The excellent train service into St Ives only takes 3 minutes.
