Just a 7-minute stroll from the beach, the apartment is perfectly positioned for days spent paddling the waves of the bay or for lazing on the sand while soaking up the Cornish sunshine. And after a long day of salt and surf guests can de-sand in one of the penthouse’s three modern bathrooms including a luxury en-suite to the master bedroom and a gorgeous, newly renovated contemporary family bathroom on the second floor.
Fairsky’s four generously sized bedrooms are arranged on the upper two floors and include two kings (each with stunning sea views) and two twins with TVs. Airy and elegant with premium beds and high quality linens, they offer a relaxing sanctuary to retreat to meaning you’ll wake up refreshed and energised; ready to make the most of another beautiful day in Cornwall. Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £400 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests. In a recent speed test, the download speed was recorded at 24.4mbps and the upload speed 3.52mbps, as with all Wi-Fi networks we are unable to guarantee speed and connectivity.

Free parking on Boskerris Road is available on a first come first served basis
Short stay parking can be found at the Carbis Bay train station
Alternatively the main car park at Porthrepta is an 8-minute walk and has spaces available on a first come first served basis

Fairsky is situated in a quiet residential area and is best suited to families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing break near the beach. If your booking falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements.
Please note that Fairsky is unable to accept bookings from contractors.

It’s the perfect place to forget the world, walk the coast path and just enjoy your time together.

Perfect retreat near the beach

Fairsky is beautifully situated in Carbis Bay with stunning sea views from every window. Very well equipped and set over 2 floors in a small complex. Comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need for a home away from home stay. We were a group of 4 women and had a bedroom each. The 2 doubles had very comfortable mattresses whilst the single beds on the upper floor were not quite as comfy (mind your head on the sloped ceilings on the top floor) The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so be aware that you need to carry cases up 3 flights of stairs. Finding the apartment was a little tricky as they are not signposted from the road, its located by driving through the station car park. The train is a couple of minutes walk and goes every half hour during the day into St Ives at is only £2.10 return. We has a wonderful week here and would definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed a lovely week in the property. Clean tidy and excellently positioned for Carbis Bay beach or St Ives by the best railway service into St Ives or St Erth which the station is ideally positioned lest than 50 metres from the property itself. Don't let the trains concern you you can hardly hear the train even if it is close by. A very pleasant positioned property with views over St Ives bay and over to Gwithian and Godrevy. We really enjoyed the holiday and the property
