Located in the beautiful landscape surrounding Watergate Bay, Rockpools is just a short distance from the famed beaches of Newquay and offers luxurious living with some truly staggering sea and countryside vistas. Architecturally designed to make the most of the indoor/outdoor Cornish lifestyle, this beautiful home boasts a sleek and spacious interior that flows seamlessly into the stylish outdoor entertainment areas. Enjoy a relaxed pace of life by spending your days on the nearby Watergate beach, or kick back in the tranquil atmosphere of this stunning holiday home. Curl up with a good book on one of the outdoor swinging chairs or light the barbecue and enjoy a relaxing drink or two with friends on the private patio overlooking the ocean.
An amazing open plan interior features a large lounge area and a uniquely designed stone wall with fireplace and flat screen television. Dine and entertain simultaneously from the scandi-style kitchen and breakfast bar or share meals together in the dining area with the added luxury of floor to ceiling glazing that showcases the spectacular views surrounding the property and out to sea. Four superb bedrooms and three large bathrooms comfortably accommodate a party of eight guests with the master en-suite featuring an enormous swivel window for keeping things cool in the hot summer months. Each bedroom features cedarwood cladding, luxurious linens and large windows that fill the rooms with natural light for a bright and airy atmosphere, creating a calm space for an amazing night’s sleep; and for those night owls that prefer to capitalise on every hour, there’s a fantastic cinema room complete with sink-in sofas and that all-important soundproofing.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Wood Burner: Starter supply of wood provided.
Coffee Machine: Bean to cup, guests are asked to bring their own coffee if they wish to use this.
Hot Tub: Electric woodfired hot tub
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Lovely property but a few niggles

We had a great week staying at Rockpools. It is a beautiful property and we enjoyed using the hot tub and sauna and being close to the beach. It has lovely views and was well equipped. The cinema room is also a real treat. Just be aware that you can't walk to the beach - it is necessary to make a short drive. The only thing that was slightly irritating were a few niggles - I'd say just a little more care and attention checking everything was working on changeover could resolve many of these issues.

A really beautiful house a stones throw fom Watergate Bay beach, lovely big wooden hot tub and comfy big cinema room. All bedrooms and ensuites spacious and tastefully furnished, would defintely stay here again. Sally - Worcestershire

Where do I even begin. The property itself is stunning. Lovely welcome basket with treats. All the rooms had towels, fresh bedding and a hairdryer. They literally thought of everything. The kitchen had everything you needed including a coffee machine and dishwasher. The open space upstairs has a built in sound system which made our weekend as we were playing music the whole time. The house was very clean. The hot tub and sauna were all ready for us. We all literally had the best stay and couldnt fault a thing. Great location also. Would highly recommend this house. Thanks
