If you’re in search of the perfect place for your holiday here, Sandyford which lies just a short walk from the beach, is a dream come true. The house forms part of the exclusive The Rocks development – an award-winning collection of 10 luxury homes which settles just behind the dunes and mere metres from the shoreline. Tastefully styled and with ample room for both socialising and relaxation, the fittings, furnishings and entertainment features of this home are all top-notch.
On the ground floor you’ll find four beautiful bedrooms each with their own Smart TVs, while upstairs there’s a gorgeous open plan living space with sea views where you can cook, eat, unwind and spend time together. For those who love water sports, Holywell is ideal for swimming, body boarding and surfing, and beach-based Holywell Bay School of Surf offers lessons and equipment hire to visitors of all ages and abilities. If you prefer sunbathing there are many sheltered spots to choose from, while children will love paddling in the rock pools or shallow streams at low tide.
Lying half a kilometre offshore, the iconic Gull Rocks (which featured in BBC One’s Poldark) form a dramatic backdrop for your day on the sand and in the sea, and when the tide is out, you’ll discover natural caves, rivers and waterfalls to explore. Just six miles west of Holywell lie the famous surfing beaches of Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay along with all of Newquay’s other array attractions. Or venture east to Perranporth and soak of the atmosphere of this quintessentially vibrant beach resort.

Pets: 2 pets allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests. In a recent speed test, the download speed was recorded at 64.9mbps and the upload speed 14.5mbps, as with all Wi-Fi networks we are unable to guarantee speed and connectivity.

Beautiful accommodation with spectacular views. A 10 min walk to the beach a bit of a treck with all the gear for the beach and all uphill on the way back so not ideal for those with mobility problems . A quick stop at the pub on the way back was a bonus. Quite location and 5 min walk to the local thatched cottage pub .they served excellent food and was great service. Beach amazing and accommodation beautiful ,plenty of parking for three cars .Would highly recommend this accommodation ideal location for exploring local area.

Sandyford is an excellent holiday let, everything we could've asked for - spacious, clean, lovely views from the balcony, modern appliances and all of the essentials we needed. The tea bags and lemon cake left for us on arrival were a lovely touch and much appreciated after a long drive! Wish we could've stayed longer - thanks for a great holiday.

We have been coming to Holywell bay for many years so so we know what to expect. The house was perfect for our party and was very clean and all utensils, kitchen equipment was of a good standard. no Complaints and would come again.
