To the front of the property there’s a sunny terrace with a bistro table and chairs as well as a handy outdoor shower for rinsing off salty toes and wetsuits under, while to the back you’ll discover a pretty, walled courtyard garden that’s big enough to host al fresco dinner parties with all your guests, along with a stylish hot tub and ceramic Kamado charcoal barbecue.
St Ives is a dream family holiday destination best known for its unique atmosphere, narrow streets, blue flag beaches and art scene. The town’s attractive harbour is less than a minutes’ walk away, with its buzzing restaurant culture, galleries and shops also within very easy reach. Tregurno welcomes dogs too so if you fancy walks on the beach or ambles along the coast path with your best friends in tow, you'll have plenty to choose from.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £250 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £50 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas.

We had a wonderful stay at Tregurno. Excellent location, beautiful house, everything we needed. Felt spoilt in the lovely rooms and having the hot tub was an added bonus. I visit st ives a few times every year as its my happy place and this year was special as celebrating my 60th birthday and wanted my family with me, Tregurno did not disappoint, the house was beautiful, spacious and everything we needed, the outside shower at the front of the property was a brilliant addition, we were able to shower the grandchildren and dogs after beach days. The garden was gorgeous and hot tub was fabulous, I cant actually fault anything it was perfect and my family loved it as soon as they walked through the door.

LOVELY HOUSE IN A GREAT LOCATION

Lovely house, lovely & clean & spacious. We did find a few items in draws which we presume was the last people to stay there but that didn't bother us. It's in a great location as only 5 mins walk till you get to the town. Hot tub was a plus & nice patio on the back which is very rare in St Ives. My elderly Mom came with us so the downstairs bedroom with bathroom right next to it worked really well. Well furnished. The only negatives the downstairs shower was coming away from the wall with loose rail & first floor bathroom the water drained really slowly in the sink & bathroom seemed to have a sewerage smell & we tried to flush with boiling water but didn't seem to make any difference. Just a small recommendation in the other properties we've stayed in there was fresh milk left in fridge so we could have a cuppa when we got there & in other properties with that price maybe basic condiments like vinegar/sauces in case you eat in. There was a gas issue in the street from where new pipes were being laid & we did have to contact the number on the street sign as the smell was getting stronger & due to the bank holiday there was no one working on it so they sent an engineer out within an hour as another gentlemen knocked our door concerned of the smell also. It meant the emergency work had to be done in the early hours of the morning as they had to drill down so it was quite noisy & they were working on it from that point onwards. The gas works did cause a problem when we arrived as Street On Pol was closed off due to the gas works so we couldn't park outside to off load our luggage & there were 4 adults & 2 dogs so we had to park by the Arts centre & wheel/take all the luggage up the road. There's no car parking space allocated for this property so we had to purchase a Rover ticket & find a space on The Station Car Park.
