There is of course that essential indoor / outdoor lifestyle that flows throughout with bi-fold doors extending the entertainment spaces outside, as well as gorgeous bedrooms (some with balconies and sea views), a large cinema room and even bigger kitchen / dining area where you’ll be able to get together any time of the day or night for drinks, meals and conversation. A sprawling upper floor veranda showcases rolling garden and sea views, while the massive hot tub which lies tucked into a quiet corner, invites you to sink in and unwind whenever you feel like it.

Just 10 minutes’ walk or a 2-minute drive from Watergate Bay car park, Watersend is in a fantastic position to enjoy both the watersport and restaurant scene that has made this slice of the north Cornwall coast so popular. The Extreme Academy surf school hires out equipment and offers lessons so whether you’re a pro or novice, you’ll be able to take to the water, and if you’d like to grab a delicious bite to eat after your session you can take your pick form a handful of excellent spots like Wax, The Living Space and Zacry’s.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
    Pets: 2 pets are allowed at a charge of £25 per pet per stay/week, If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.
    If you need to add a dog to your booking, you can do so in the ‘Booking Extras’ tab.
    Type of heating: Underfloor
    Linen: All beds are made up with duvets and pillows that are anti-allergy and a spare blanket is provided along with hand towels bath towels and beach towels. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests; however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.

    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking, and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
    Property surroundings: Watersend has one acre of landscape grounds, three verandas (one on each level of the house), Large decked areas with picnic bench, outdoor lounge suite, table, and spectacular views.

    This home is laid out over three floors - a Lower Ground floor, a Ground Floor and a First Floor. The lower ground floor is an unfurnished space that can be used as a yoga studio. The ground floor is at entrance level (accessed up four steps) and this is where the main living / dining/ kitchen space is along with a family room with a king size bed and bunk beds. There are four en-suite bedrooms on the first floor (topmost floor)

A beautiful house , lovely space great location . Maybe needs a little attention jets kept falling out in hot tub light not working over the hob in kitchen bedroom door loose had to prop it shut to stop rattling all very petty thing’s just attention to detail . Overall lovely holiday home with top quality finish
