Famous for its pretty marina and turquoise waters, it’s clear to see why Mylor attracts sailors from far and wide to its sheltered waters.

The delightful white-washed cottage has large windows that look out from the living area, framing the view perfectly. On warm summer days, you can sit out on the manicured lawn and enjoy lazy afternoons watching boats dance on the water or spend peaceful evenings with a glass of something cold as the colours change across of the estuary.

Back inside the beautiful kitchen welcomes budding cooks with a working Aga and cooker, and the patio lends itself to dinners al fresco, all with an amazing view right through the cottage to the water beyond. When sleep beckons, four comfortable bedrooms provide a relaxing retreat for all the family.

Mylor marina is a hub of activity with a café, bar and restaurant that make the most of their waterside setting serving scrumptious seafood with the turquoise waters of the shimmering Fal Estuary as an inviting backdrop.

Boats, kayaks and stand up paddle boards can all be hired if you’re more at home on the water. And for those who prefer to stay on dry land, you can explore the meandering coastline on foot or discover one of the many cycle trails that are peppered across the peninsula.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver: We ask our guests for a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 3 pets allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen and cot mattress. Another fabulous stay at Cregoes. This place is huge and stunning - definitely pricey for two people and a small dog but I consider it an investment in our wellbeing. The bungalow and gardens are as gorgeous as ever. Definitely recommended if you want a relaxing break by the water with great places to eat and drink within a 2 minute walk

A beautifully situated bungalow, clean and comfortable, with an impressive view over Mylor marina. Note garden is unfenced and steep in places, so care needed with small children and dogs. Not best suited for anyone with mobility problems. Nearest shop at Mylor Bridge [3 miles].

House and location is beautiful. Garden is large and kept well by very polite gardener. View is amazing. However house could do with small update like painting to doors and porch. Shower pressure in one of the bedrooms was very low, impossible to shower. House wasnt clean and gave bad first impression. Entrance to the house and porch are wasnt clean for some time. Bathroom silicone bas mouldy. Bedrooms especially sides of bedside cabinets were very dusty and full if spiderwebs. Kitchen drawers were not clean. Hand prints on the windows. Barbecue was dirty with food remains. Duvets were badly stained. Not nice, expecialy when guests are asked to strip linen on the departure. This could be an amazing house if more attention is given to it. P.S we have tried to leave house cleaner than found. Thank you very much Ankica

Another lovely stay at Cregoes

Had a fantastic time at Cregoes a few weeks back. It was our third (or fourth?) stay and we're going back again in August so that shows how much we love it there. The location is perfect, overlooking the estuary and literally two minute's walk to the cafe and bar/restaurant. The accommodation itself is lovely, large and high spec but with a fabulous cosy feel to it, and the garden is amazing - beautiful and really well looked after. It's a really special place for us. It's not cheap but it's worth every penny

We had the most wonderful happy and relaxing family weekend at Cregoes. The house had everything that we needed for a multi generational get together including dog! Plenty of space for all of us and it was quiet and peaceful with a wonderful garden and views. Housekeeping were helpful and the owner is nearby if any problems.

Gorgeous cottage with extensive gardens and beautiful waterside views. Very comfortable and welcoming with everything we needed, so lovely to get a holiday home that felt like a real home. We loved the space inside and out it suited our extended family perfectly, being all on one level was fantastic for my parents, the large kitchen and gardens were perfect for the dogs. The location is fantastic, there's always something going on at the marina and Castaways just down the lane has lovely freah cooked food great for dinners and lunches as is the cafe by the marina, all just 5 minutes away. Mylor Bridge has a great shop selling everything you need and fishmonger, butcher and a pub with great pub grub. Flushing village is a lovely walk around the headland, it has another great shop and two gorgeous pubs with great food.

Weve just returned from the most wonderful stay at Cregoes, and its hard to put into words just how special this place is. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking setting, the ever-changing views across Mylor Harbour are nothing short of magical. Whether its early morning light across the water or watching boats drift in at sunset, the location alone makes Cregoes unforgettable. Inside, the house is every bit as impressive. Spacious, beautifully presented and extremely well equipped, it struck the perfect balance between luxury and home-comfort. The kitchen, especially with the AGA, became the heart of our stay, and every bedroom was cosy, spotless and wonderfully comfortable. You can tell real care has gone into making the house welcoming for families and groups. The garden and waterfront lawn were highlights for all of us. Sitting outside with a coffee or glass of wine while watching life in the harbour drift by was simply perfect. Its rare to find a property where you can genuinely relax the moment you walk in, but Cregoes does exactly that. Location-wise, you couldnt ask for more: the café, the yacht club, coastal walks, and all the charm of Mylor Harbour right on the doorstep. Everything felt easy, calm and effortlessly enjoyable. We had an absolutely fantastic time and would return in a heartbeat. Cregoes is a gem beautifully appointed, immaculately located, and full of warmth. Highly recommended.

This was our 3rd stay and it was as great as the others. The house is so comfortable and the views are amazing. We love the garden and I counted 134 steps from the bottom of the garden to Castaways (bar/restaurant). Mylor never disappoints, somehow its peaceful but also really buzzy. Theres always something going on and everyone is so friendly. Would definitely recommend Cregoes for a fun but relaxing holiday in a stunning location

Cregoes was a great place to stay for us, the views were amazing and the house had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the garden was lovely. The location is ideal for walking which we love and having Castaways and the Mylor Cafe a short stroll away is ideal.

Our holiday was to celebrate big birthdays in the family. My wife and our children, their dogs and their husbands/partners had a super week. The cottage has everything you need: beautiful gardens, fabulous views, a super lounge, a kitchen where all can sit and relax while the designated chef does their work. We had a very keen cook with us and they were delighted with the equipment, meaning we were delighted with the food. The accommodation is presented beautifully and combines luxury with homely comfort. Isn't that what a holiday should be?

We felt totally at home at Cragoes and with our adult kids with their offspring it was the perfect house for all of us. Early mornings in the kitchen couldnt be heard by those sleeping in and plenty of room for everyone. Family meals overlooking the sea whilst we could all work in the large kitchen were just lovely - a well thought out house for an inter generational family. Extremely comfortable and felt like home. And moments from the beach, ice cream and cafes! We have booked 2025. .

My family can't stop wanting to be back to Cregoes again

Cregoes ranks as one of the best, if not the best rental places I've ever visited. It felt like coming home. There's a distinct luxury in being away from the city, enveloped by the natural beauty outside and the safety and cosiness inside. It felt more like a family home than a rental property, with a heart in every little detail. The top three highlights for us were the pine tree and the stunning views from every corner of the front garden, the AGA cooker, and the fireplace in the living room. However, many other features contributed to our five-star experience: a fully stocked kitchen, strong water pressure in the showers, pristine and fresh bed linen in every bedroom, ample parking, a well-kept garden, and a space for BBQ. The weather was mostly cold, rainy, and windy during our stay, but that did not dampen our spiritsthe house made any weather seem like a theatrical display from the comfort of its warmth.

Fabulous property and brilliant location. Nice being on one level and superb family house with sheltered large back garden and stunning front garden with statement trees leading to the waters edge. The cafe in the marina just yards away was excellent as was Castaways restaurant. Always activity in the harbour to watch and excellent store and butchers in the Mylor village which also has an excellent childrens playground. We will return

Absolutely loved our week here. The location and view are just perfect. So peaceful. The girls loved paddling on the stony beach each evening. A lovely cafe and restaurant both a minutes stroll away. The house had everything we needed and was full of charm and character. Was hard to leave!

Perfect house in little Mylor harbour (10 minutes drive from Falmouth)

Cregoes was the perfect place for us to stay at on our holiday in Cornwall! It is situated in Mylor Harbour on the coast of Cornwall. The view at the harbour from the garden, the kitchen, one bed room and the living room is just perfect, you can watch the boats go in and out. The garden is actually huge and very beautiful. The kitchen is very well ecquipped! Upon arrival we found a lovely compilation of Cornish food (scones, clotted cream, jam, tea, coffee, bred, butter), everything was delicious and such a nice gesture! There are 4 bed rooms. There are two nice places for food and drinks in the harbour, a one minute walk from the house, perfect! We recommend anybody looking for a quiet beautiful house in Cornwall to stay at Cregoes!

Lovely place in a beautiful setting with a very homely feel. Excellent very well equipped kitchen with everything we could have needed. The full size xmas tree was a nice touch. If I had to suggest any improvement it would be an additional shower room.
