Arranged over two spacious storeys this lovely home offers eight guests plenty of room for relaxation. Unwind in the open-plan living space on the ground floor, with ample seating and doors that open out to a gorgeous garden and patio with hot tub where you can soak in the sunshine and dine alfresco. A fully kitted-out kitchen has all you’ll need to create home cooked feasts, and the big dining table has plenty of room for all to sit round for family dinners and board games.

Upstairs, three of the four bedrooms have zip and link beds to suit each set of guests needs. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and its own private balcony – a perfect place for morning coffee or evening drinks. The other rooms include a lovely twin, another super king room, and a spacious king-size. There’s also a family bathroom on this floor.

One of a collection of upmarket lodges within the exclusive Una resort, this lodge is less than 5-minute drive from Carbis Bay beach, and just a few minutes from Porthminster Beach and the centre of St Ives. Una’s on-site facilities include a gorgeous Spa offering a range of treatments, and The Carbis Cafe where you can sample delicious light bites or sip on Barista coffees. Take a dip in the heated indoor infinity pool or unwind in the sauna. If you fancy burning off those extra calories, the gym offers top-notch training equipment so you can stay on top of your fitness.

From April to October, Una’s heated outdoor lido is the perfect way to enjoy time in the sunshine, whether for a few refreshing laps, or for fun with all the family.

Carbis Bay Lodge, 69 Una is privately owned. Please note that building work to the site behind the lodge is at a stand-still for the foreseeable future. This site is visible from Bedroom Two and the garden

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £250 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed. £40 per pet, per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Travel cot and highchair: Available upon request, please add these at time of booking if required
Wi-Fi: This property provides free Wi-Fi for our guests. There may be occasional variations in speed and performance due to factors outside of our control. If you're planning to work during your stay, we suggest bringing a Wi-Fi dongle as a backup.

3 grandparents, 3 teenagers, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Una. The accommodation was perfect, my husband has a dog allergy but there was no trace of dog to trigger his allergies which was a concern. The location was perfect for what we wanted (tin mines, shopping and beach!). The facilities at the resort were fab, indoor, outdoor pools, steam room sauna and the gym were taken advantage of. Although we were aware of the (deserted) building work behind it was a shame it was there (better than having it as accomodation though as it would be very overlooked). It didn't impact on the holiday however at all. Great value for money, lovely memories made :)

We stayed for a week here, the location is perfect, the property is stunning inside and beautifully clean. The kitchen is really well equipped. The onsite leisure centre is wonderful, pools are warm ,people there are friendly. The poolside restaurant is incredibly friendly and really accommodating for people with food allergies. We all had a lovely time- even our dog had fun, we will be rebooting. I've already recommended this place to several friends
