Recently renovated and beautifully furnished throughout, 11 Tywarnhayle House is a four-bedroom, three-storey home in Perranporth, just a short walk from three miles of glorious golden sand and the captivating North Cornwall coast.

Perfectly designed with family holidays in mind, you’ll find an open plan living and dining space opening out to a multi-tiered garden where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy lazy evenings together.

The first-floor bedrooms contains a twin bedroom (with beds that can be zipped together on request to make a king size), a king size bedroom, and a bunk room. The spacious en suite master bedroom occupies the whole of the top floor offering a calm space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

11 Tywarnhayle House is conveniently located just a short walk from Perranporth’s beach where miles of sand and beautiful ocean create the perfect spot for family holidays in the sunshine. The fantastic (and quite famous) beach bar, The Watering Hole sits right on the sand too where you can enjoy live music, delicious food, and post-sun drinks with views of the waves as the backdrop. Perranporth Beach is dog friendly all year, so is perfect for those with a dog in tow.

The South West Coast Path is within reach where you can walk to St Agnes in one direction or Holywell Bay in the other, either way you’ll be treated to spectacular sea views and the beauty of the Cornish landscape.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 1 pet allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedrooms.
Number of steps: No steps to access the property and 2 internal flights of stairs. Steep stairs outside to the tiered garden
Type of heating: Oil heating
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change) Please let us know the bed configurations at the time of booking, if not your configuration needs may not be met.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Coffee Machine: Grind, by sjustrand. Takes Nespresso coffee pods
Woodburner: guests will need to bring own wood and fire lights
BBQ: guests will need to bring own Charcoal. Please note that if used, the BBQ must be cleaned or there will be a £50 charged deducted from the Security Deposit.

Had a great week here. Lovely house and great location. Under 10 minutes to the town centre and beach. The hill is fairly steep but there was a beach trolly in the shed.

Clean and spacious, well-equipped house. Relatively close to town and beach, although members of your party will need to be able to cope with the hill. There was building work going on next door which contributed a little noise, and meant that for brief periods our house's drive was blocked by deliveries.

Beautiful house in a great location. Comfortable and warm throughout. The parking provides adequate parking and is wide enough to position and get stuff out of the car. All bedrooms clean and beds very comfortable. Minor issue would be blinds or curtains on front bay window, as neighbours were constantly in and out and can easily see inside the living area when exiting/entering their own property.

Overall the house was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location for Perranporth and the surrounding area. We just had a couple of niggles: 1) The house is advertised as having a washing machine and so we packed accordingly for a 10 day visit. When we arrived we found that the washing machine had been broken since August and was unusable. We should have been informed. 2) There was a complete lack of basic commodities - washing up liquid, bleach, kitchen cleaner, cleaning cloths, toilet roll and so on...Be prepared for this if you are staying a while with a family. 3) The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom is very small - the sink in particular is almost unusable.

We also appreciate your comments about the essential supplies, the property owners do pay the housekeeping team to provide those items for each set of guests, so we are really sorry this was not done for your stay and this has been fed back to the property owners and housekeeping team. While the property is self-catering, we understand how a few extra essentials can make things easier, especially for longer stays. I would thoroughly recommend Tywarnhayle House. The property is modern and equipped with everything you need and more. Loved the coffee machine and the coffee pods provided was a lovely touch. As was the welcome pack of delicious treats. Perranporth is a short walk, though quite hilly, but my 90year old dad managed it. Highly recommend !

We had a great week in this well-kept house. Very well-equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and glassware, good bathroom facilities, comfy beds. Amazing location - short walk to a gorgeous beach, plenty of shops, and eateries - nice quiet road.

We had a lovely stay at the property, bright, airy and in a fab location, just a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurantslovely welcome pack of teas, coffee, biscuits, crisps etc, much appreciated.the only thing that let it down a little bit for us is, we love to sink into a sofa and relax with a glass of wine and watch a bit of telly, but the sofas dont allow for this. Appreciate this could just be an us thing!
