Perfectly designed with family holidays in mind, you’ll find an open plan living and dining space opening out to a multi-tiered garden where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy lazy evenings together.

The first-floor bedrooms contains a twin bedroom (with beds that can be zipped together on request to make a king size), a king size bedroom, and a bunk room. The spacious en suite master bedroom occupies the whole of the top floor offering a calm space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

11 Tywarnhayle House is conveniently located just a short walk from Perranporth’s beach where miles of sand and beautiful ocean create the perfect spot for family holidays in the sunshine. The fantastic (and quite famous) beach bar, The Watering Hole sits right on the sand too where you can enjoy live music, delicious food, and post-sun drinks with views of the waves as the backdrop. Perranporth Beach is dog friendly all year, so is perfect for those with a dog in tow.

The South West Coast Path is within reach where you can walk to St Agnes in one direction or Holywell Bay in the other, either way you’ll be treated to spectacular sea views and the beauty of the Cornish landscape.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedrooms.
    Number of steps: No steps to access the property and 2 internal flights of stairs. Steep stairs outside to the tiered garden
    Type of heating: Oil heating
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change) Please let us know the bed configurations at the time of booking, if not your configuration needs may not be met.
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Coffee Machine: Grind, by sjustrand. Takes Nespresso coffee pods
    Woodburner: guests will need to bring own wood and fire lights
    BBQ: guests will need to bring own Charcoal. Please note that if used, the BBQ must be cleaned or there will be a £50 charged deducted from the Security Deposit.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
