Overview
The cottage is arranged over three floors and has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate eight guests. On the ground floor you’ll find a tastefully furnished living room which has two big sofas and a Smart TV. This floor also has a separate dining room with a beautiful bay window, a small sun room which opens out to the courtyard, and a modern amply equipped kitchen where you can rustle up home-cooked meals. Upstairs and laid out over two floors, the cottage’s four bedrooms are light, bright and contemporary, with three bathrooms to ensure there’s no waiting in line to de-sand after your day at the beach.
The gorgeous sandy beaches of Porthmeor and Porthminster lie within a ten-minute walk from the front door so for those in search of a holiday filled with swimming, surfing and sunbathing, it’s ideal. Nearby, the South West Coast Path offers even more opportunity for outdoorsy escapades, with the walk to Clodgy Point offering views right across the bay en-route. Carbis Bay is also easily reached on foot, and this section of the coast path affords more stunning sea views in the other direction. For families looking to keep the younger members of the clan entertained, Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary and Jungle Barn indoor play centre are less than 20 minutes’ drive, and for those with older children in tow, Coast 2 Coast Karting (also less than 20 minutes’ drive) is a fun-fuelled day out.

We ask our guests for a £150 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £45 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas.
Number of steps: 3 steps in to the front door and then 2 internal flights of stairs.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

The accommodation was perfect for our group of 6 adults. We did long walks during the day and it was lovely to relax and cook meals there in the evening. Bedrooms are very nice and there are plenty of bathrooms. No downstairs toilet and no toiletries were provided but there is a Co-op nearby. Steep walk down to the beach and back up to the house but it got easier each time. Beautiful view looking down the road. Good to have a parking space at the rugby club because the public car parks were always full. We would love to stay there again.

Leaking broken toilet that was not fixed the whole week we were there. Microwave didnÂ’t work. Outside space is misleading. ItÂ’s actually where the bins are and the area was dirty and smelly.

We regret that there was an issue with the toilet, as we never want a stay to be disrupted. The outside area does have the bins, however there is still space to sit and have a meal at the table outside, with ample distance from the bins to ensure there aren't any concerns. That being said we'll revisit this during the next changeover to make sure this is being upheld. We understand that these points did have an impact on your stay, and we're so sorry again. We are glad however that we were able to offer a resolution given the problems you had endured following your stay.
