Sleeping four, there are two double bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Notoriously busy during the school holidays and summer months, Newquay’s parking can be scarce however this apartment provides its own allocated parking space with additional parking to be found in the nearby Mount Wise car park.
Being just a short walk from Great Western and Fistral beaches means spending time sunning yourself on sprawling sands or surfing the Atlantic, are firmly on the agenda; and guests who want to take to the waves will be able to use the apartments surfboard during their stay. Newquay’s restaurants and shopping are nearby too, as are the neighbouring villages of Watergate Bay and Porth, making this holiday home a perfectly positioned base from which to explore the coast.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
