Apart from having a beautiful external design the house also features a gorgeous interior where a colour palette of calming hues as well as a selection of sumptuous soft furnishings creates an atmosphere that’s thoroughly condusive to relaxing. Glass sliding doors capitalise on the magnificent views of sea and sky, while high quality features throughout mean the home strikes just the right balance between aesthetics and practicality. Downstairs, the living and cooking area boasts an open-plan layout which feels spacious and light-filled thanks to that fantastic proportion of glass, and opens out to a deck where morning coffees and evening drinks can be enjoyed. Two roomy sofas create the perfect places to unwind on to take in the scenes of rolling waves and skyscapes in the distance, and the area is completed with a dining table, a large wood-burning stove and a stunning modern kitchen with breakfast bar and seating. Three wonderful bedrooms mean plenty of space for six guests, with the exquisite upper floor master suite having its own juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom. All rooms have deeply comfortable mattresses and beautiful décor, creating sumptuous sanctuaries for retreating to after days spent down on the beach.
Ideally placed above Praa Sands’ mile long stretch of fine sand, the delights of Cornish beach life lie quite literally on the property’s doorstep. Backed by dunes and spectacular coastal scenery it’s the ideal place for family picnics, sandcastle building or for paddling in the shallows, while the bay’s renowned swells draw bodyboarders and surfers from all over the country. Within 10 minutes’ drive are the popular coastal towns of Porthleven in one direction, and Marazion in the other where a plethora of coastal paths and walks can be relished along with visits to some of the area’s best-known landmarks like St Michael’s Mount and Porthleven’s harbour.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £400 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

Coffee Machine: Nespresso coffee machine, While the property does supply a starter pack of coffee pods, guests who require more will need to bring their own

Property surroundings: For guest’s safety, Ocean View, The Sands has an outside camera with motion sensor which points towards the car parking area. Guests will have full privacy when using the property, as the sensors are only activated when the parking area and gate is used.

Beautifully designed the kitchen flows effortlessly and includes a large fridge/freezer, fan-assisted electric oven and grill, dishwasher. A range of small appliances include a toaster, kettle, microwave, *Nespresso coffee machine and cafetiere and vacuum cleaner. Adding to its functionality and design, the kitchen includes a work island with induction hob and extractor, and doubles as a breakfast bar with two bar stools

This lovely bedroom features a super king size bed that can be configured to twins on request. The room has a built in wardrobe, a dressing table and mirror and a seating area.
Master Bedroom (upstairs on first floor)
The stunning master suite features a luxury king size bed with spectacular sea views from its double volume apex window and sliding door which opens over a small glass balustraded Juliet balcony. The room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and chair, armchair, two side tables and reading lamps. It also has its own en-suite bathroom. -

This family bathroom is features a large walk-in shower cubicle with a rain head as well as hand-held shower attachment. The room has a separate bathtub, a wash hand basin that sits on a cabinet with drawers, a mirror, heated towel rail and WC.

To the front of the house is a landscaped garden with an undulating walkway and mature planting. A decked area on two levels makes for an inviting suntrap, with a small set of stairs leading up to the balcony which accesses the living room. Furnished with a bistro table and two chairs, the balcony is the perfect spot to catch up on a good book or for enjoying your morning coffee. The lower deck is furnished with a rattan swing chair and a modern concrete dining table and benches for an exquisite alfresco dining experience by the ocean.

Truly a great place to stay, amazing views, pristine position, excellent decor and equipment, comfortable beds, beautiful showers, and to top it all a glass fronted veranda where you can sit and enjoy the sunsets at your leisure, 5 star excellence.

If you want a relaxing stay in a stunning home this is the place to stay. Stunning home with fabulous relaxing views and spotlessly clean. We really didnt want to leave.. Everything you need for a great stay in a fabulous stylish home. Cant wait to return. The house and location was fabulous. Everything was to such high standards with the exception of the seating in the lounge area. The two sofas (if you would actually call them sofas... I'm not sure) were dreadful - so uncomfortable and certainly not suitable for six adults. We had to either sit at the dining table or on the floor....not great! For a house of such high spec I cannot understand why anyone would think these were acceptable - they need replaced. There was no wardrobe or hanging space for clothes in the downstairs bedroom we had to all share the upstairs wardrobes. The TV was hopeless - we could not get any BBC channels and there was no instructions.
