Overview

If you're looking for a special place on the coast of Cornwall, one where you can truly relax whilst watching the ever changing moods of the ocean from the comfort of your own chair, Little Trevara in Marazion is the place for you.

Offering modern living in a traditional Cornish cottage, this home with its old world charm, has personality and character by the bucket load. A well-laid out and fully equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up a few family favourites, and a dining table with seating means cooking dinner is a sociable affair. The reverse design of this home helps make the very most of its extraordinary position, with the living area opening directly on to a large south-facing balcony with stunning, panoramic sea views.

A master bedroom with king size bed has French doors leading to a pretty, enclosed garden - the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee while breathing in the fresh sea air.

Marazion is a charming seaside town with quaint streets, narrow pavements, pretty cottages and historic buildings. The town's main beach has golden sands that stretch for nearly a mile and the water here offers fantastic conditions for sailing, paddle-boarding, kayaking and kite surfing.

Welcome to Marazion

Something about Marazion reminds us of a fairytale. With the enchanting sight of St Michaels Mount looming high above the sea and two shimmering sandy beaches, Marazion holidays are the ultimate escape from it all. The oldest town in Cornwall, this is a place of myth and legend, where ancient cottages perch on hillsides and the sound of laughter drifts from friendly pubs. The streets of the town favour quirky boutiques over chains, and the cafes don’t disappoint when it comes to fresh, local produce and hearty portions.

Reviews

The entrance to the car parking
4/5

The stunning view made up for the shabby furnishings. It didn't resemble the pictures on the advert. The drive way to the parking gave us nightmares and spoilt our break pranged our car on both sides . I would not describe this house as Luxurious

Hello David, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are glad to hear you enjoyed the view from the property and are disappointed to hear your other comments. The furnishings are the same as the website photos, however, the sofas have been replaced for a like-for-like version, just in a different colour. The parking is clearly advised on the website so are sorry you missed this. Best Wishes, The Luxury Coastal Team.

However, after being suprised by your feedback we sent it on to the owner who has told us that she spoke to you on several occasions to check that all was well and that you had advised of no problems. Should Luxury Coastal or the owners been made aware of any issues during you stay, we would have been more than happy to assit in geting them rectified. Lovely cottage in great location
5/5

Lovely well appointed property just back from the Main Street - so very quiet. Parking is as described in the property, a clear space in a parking area. You just have to be careful turning off the road as the alley is narrow. Great views south along the coastline from the lounge and patio. Also views to st Michael’s Mount. Kitchen was very well equipped. Property was spacious for two but would be fine four four and was fully equipped for this. Very much recommended .
