The reverse design of this home helps make the very most of its extraordinary position, with the living area opening directly on to a large south-facing balcony with stunning, panoramic sea views.
A master bedroom with king size bed has French doors leading to a pretty, enclosed garden - the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee while breathing in the fresh sea air.
Marazion is a charming seaside town with quaint streets, narrow pavements, pretty cottages and historic buildings. The town's main beach has golden sands that stretch for nearly a mile and the water here offers fantastic conditions for sailing, paddle-boarding, kayaking and kite surfing.

Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £15 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking..
Pets: Two pets are allowed at this property at a charge of £40 per pet per stay/week. If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It is worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.
If you need to add a dog to your booking, you can do so in the ‘Booking Extras’ tab.

Linen: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

Very quite house with nice view across the bay and to Mount St Michael on the side. Beautiful little terrace and overall cozy home, excellent for a week in Cornwall. The single beds were really below standard and should be replaced ASAP. Kitchen equopment was ok, but pots and pans should be replaced as well. Parking was problematic with a bigger car, should be mentioned in the house description. Had to write 3 mails to get an info on the key safe.

Disappointed at the little touches

When we booked this holiday we were really excited after looking at the pictures, information and location it looked perfect. It was disappointing. The reviews can not all be true. 1. The bathroom was dirty, the shower screen was mouldy However, the main bathroom problem we had was that the towel rail didn't work and our towels were constantly wet and musty. We alerted the owner via telephone and she assured me it would be sorted and to use the boiler cupboard by the door, which was warm and it will be sorted. 2. The easy chairs in the out house were broken and rusty. I again let the owner know and she let me know that she would replace them and bring them over and to use the ones in the next doors cupboard. They were dirty and rusty. 3. When we stripped the single beds and one of the duvets was disgusting. It had a great big mouldy, dirty patch on it. How has that been missed. So horrid. 4. When we opened the bedroom curtains on our first sunny morning a lady was standing by the gate, watering I think, she was treated to a view of my husband in his holiday PJs. Very embarrassing. We had to keep the curtain closed for the rest of the trip as not to get court out. The lady was there quite a lot. Thank goodness the other villa wasn't occupied. I see some else had noted this before. A tall filled in gate would add much needed privacy. We can not be the only people to have this problem. 5. The gate opposite the front door you would use to go out of our property to the road didn't shut. It was propped open by a flower pot so we couldn't shut it properly. Good job we didn't have a dog. When the lady turned up 2 days later with new chairs, too late as we were going the next day, we asked about the towel rail and she said she didn't know anything about it it was her daughter who delt with it as she just did the post !!!! It was never sorted out............... It is such a shame this villa is so tiered, dirty and not taken any care of. Its location is great and Marazion is a lovely, friendly little town with great restaurants and beach. Its a shame you can not add pictures as I would love to show the duvet.
