With relaxation being a key element to the home’s layout, on the ground floor is a wet room and walk-in shower where guests can de-sand in comfort after the beach, while upstairs a spacious open plan living area with high ceilings and wooden beams is framed by panoramic views over the cove. A French door from the living area opens out to the balcony which is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffees or sundowners.
Centred round its beautiful beach, life in Sennen Cove is all about being outside whether surfing the waves, paddling in the shallows or playing on the sand. For visitors who’d like to try surfing, the award winning Sennen Surfing Centre sits right on the beach and offers lessons and equipment hire. The coast path is also within easy reach and offers a 3.3 mile route to Lands End where spectacular views and both wildlife and historical landmarks make for a wonderful way to enjoy the beauty of the landscape.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.

Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
Property surroundings: Please note that the space closest to the front door is under cover so the height is restricted and some taller vehicles will not be able to use this space. However, the second space which is not undercover suits all vehicle sizes

Parking
Private off-road parking for two cars (one in front of the other) to the front of the property. Please note that the space closest to the front door is under cover so the height is restricted and some taller vehicles will not be able to use this space. Access is via a narrow lane and manoeuvring is tight so please be aware that it is necessary to reverse back down the lane when leaving the house.
Alternatively, Sennen Cove Harbour long stay car park is a 2-minute walk from the property

We had a lovely week away

We did have a lovely holiday and we really enjoyed being in Sennen Cove. Unfortunately when we arrived after a 4 hour journey the cleaner was still at the house and we had to wait outside for 25 minutes so it didn't start well! I would have appreciated a call to ask us to delay our arrival by 30 minutes which would have been so easy. The location is great but the parking is terrible as you have to park under the house with a few cm's to spare. We had to remove our roof box which was a pain. It would be good to make it clearer on the website. We felt that the house was tight for 4 people (we have 2 teenage girls) and the double bed was too small for my husband and I so we had to have the twin room! There just wasn't enough room for hanging clothes and more hooks are needed. We didn't bring shower get etc. as being a 'luxury' rental we thought there would be products provided. It's the first time we've ever been to a house without products. There were cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and it was unaired and smelly on arrival. There is no draining board next to the sink so water pours onto the floor every time you wash up! The kitchen area was really too small for us. We did enjoy our time but because the weather was good we weren't in the house much. If we had been it would have been very claustrophobic. It felt smaller than the photos looked but that was really my mistake not checking. I would say it would be perfect for a couple and 1 child (we have 2 teenage daughters)! The highlight was the wonderful noise of the sea at night and the small balcony with gorgeous Sennen views. None of it was a disaster at all and we had a lovely time.

The Lodge was perfect for our weeks stay in Sennen. We filled the grinder and left sea salt for next guests. The parking is a challenge for larger cars. Need to be a competent driver. We hope to stay again

Fantastic Location and Stunning Views

Sennen Surf Loft is a beautiful property so well thought out in its layout with everything we needed available for our stay. It was a warm welcome to arrive to fresh bread and flowers and the view is nothing less than spectacular. So great to have the under cover parking on the rainy days, the 4 wheel drive did come in handy for the steep road up to the property and getting on and off the drive. The property has a lovely big bath which we all enjoyed for the week. The highlight had to be the location. A one minute walk to a small beach by the lifeboat House with golden sand, a rock pool and crashing waves coming over the wall at high tide. Also just a couple of minutes walk to get onto the coastal path with sensational views. Then Sennen Cove beach is just beautiful with rock pools to search through, big rocks to scramble on and lovely sand. So many beautiful places to visit a short drive away too. We did notice quite a bit of dog hair in the property but then we knew it was a property that allowed dogs so this has to be expected and didn't bother us too much and the property was very clean otherwise. Thank you for a very memorable week in a beautiful property. We have already booked to come back next year!
