If you’re in search of a terrific bolthole for your getaway to this magical place, Shearwater View, 7 Rosemorran which tucks itself away in a quiet development just 15 minutes’ walk from Porthminster Beach, is perfect! Positioned on the first floor, this contemporary apartment has two bedrooms and a light-filled open plan living room, completed with a window seat from which to enjoy the views out to Godrevy Lighthouse and St Ives Bay. There’s a stylish kitchen / diner for when you’d prefer to eat in rather than out, and a sunny shared terrace overlooking a large communal garden for relaxation when the weather is warm and sunny.

Like many popular coastal towns, parking in St Ives can be a challenge during busier times of the year, which is why the apartment’s own parking space is a real bonus for guests. There’s also a regular bus service to the town centre which stops right outside the property, so for those who prefer not to walk back up the hill, it’s ideal!

This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
    Property surroundings: The garden is shared with other apartments in the building
    Additional Extras: There is a cot and a high chair available upon request, as these are not stored at the property, please add them to your booking if required.
