Overview
Set over three floors, there are three lovely ground floor bedrooms including a master en-suite with doors leading outside to a sea-facing garden where you can watch the sun rise or set. On the second floor, a light and airy open plan living room showcases the ocean views, and a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area means you can cook, eat and socialise in style. Of course, your coastal escape wouldn’t be complete without a fantastic space for outdoor entertaining, so you can drop your beach bags at the front door and head straight up to the roof terrace where a huge deck with its fabulous sea view backdrop invites you to unwind in the sunshine.
Being right on the headland means you’ll be a 5-minute walk from the South West Coast Path which takes you down to the Gannel Estuary past the Fern Pit Café and Ferry. The terrific Sea Spray Café with direct access down to Fistral Beach is less than 15 minutes’ walk away and is a lovely spot to grab brekkies or a coffee before hitting the surf. There are many other wonderful beaches to choose from too for your sandy escapades like Great Western, Porth and Tolcarne where you can paddle board, rock pool, surf and suntan to your heart’s content. Newquay’s pubs, shops, and restaurants are less than 650 metres away, while the harbour (which is a few minutes’ drive from your property) offers boat-based trips out to sea where you can spot seals or do a bit of fishing.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £250 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Travel cot and highchair: These can be provided upon request so if you require these for your stay please let Luxury Coastal know at the time of booking.

A gate from the back garden leads on to the green to the back of the house, so guests can use this for easy access down to the coast

We had the most wonderful week at 66 Pentire. The property is beautifully furnished and warm and cosy. Spacious and relaxing it was no hardship staying in when the weather was poor. Located in a beautiful spot with sea views, we enjoyed walks down to Fistral, a drink or two at The Lewinnick and stunning views from East Pentire over Crantock. For ease, there is a bus into Newquay, with a bus stop very close to the accommodation. We would definitely stay again and were very thankful that the property is dog friendly. Booking was very easy, with clear and timely communication. All in all, excellent. Thank you.
