Beautifully kitted out and tastefully furnished, the apartment boasts an interior of no expense spared. There is plenty of space for families and couples to enjoy. There's a gorgeous living and dining area, and a high-spec kitchen connects to a tropical courtyard garden with a table and seating for outside dining. A suntrap by day, the courtyard is partially covered to create a comfortable space for morning espressos or brunch. A heat lamp warms the area for evening glasses of bubbly or hot chocolate under the stars.
Sleeping four, both bedrooms are plush and inviting. The master suite with sea vistas has a sumptuous king-size bed. Luxury linens and stylish soft furnishings create a decadent haven after days spent unwinding on the beach. The second bedroom's twin beds have the added luxury of a built-in television in each—perfect for afternoon relaxation or late-night viewing.
To the front of the Compass Point development, the communal walkway affords far-reaching views over aquamarine waters. Carbis Bay's bleached sands are just a short stroll away. The sheltered bay is perfect for whiling away sunshine-filled days and has something for visitors of every age. Enjoy sandcastle-building, splashing in the shallows, stand up paddle boarding, or kayak safaris. Just a 30 minute walk along the South West Coast Path leads to St Ives in one direction and Lelant in the other. For a less-energetic but worthwhile alternative, Carbis Bay’s single-track railway follows a dramatic path along the coast and offers passengers a unique vantage point of St Ives Bay and beyond.

This ground floor apartment has a large front communal terrace to the front, with incredible views over Carbis Bay and out to sea. This area can be used any time of the day as a wonderful spot to enjoy a good book or to watch the changing moods of the bay beyond.
The apartment's spacious entrance hall has a roomy bench seat and coat stand with storage for shoes, keys and accessories.
Living Room
This room is open plan with the dining area and has two large sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, occasional tables with lamps and a tall book cabinet. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV with Blue Ray player.
Doors open from this room out to the front terrace which has fantastic sea views. -
Kitchen & Dining
Kitchen
The separate galley kitchen has been uniquely designed for the property and features granite work tops and plenty of storage. There is an electric fan assisted double oven as well as an electric glass hob, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
A selection of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils is provided as well as a range of smaller Smeg appliances that include a coffee machine, double toaster and kettle. The apartment also provides an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Open-plan with the living area this beautiful room features a gorgeous bespoke glass-topped dining table with four upholstered dining chairs and a sideboard. -

The spacious master suite features its own en-suite shower room and is furnished with a king size TV bed with luxury Relyon mattress. The room has also been furnished with a large, freestanding wardrobe with mirror doors, bedside tables with lamps, a mirror and a chest of drawers.

We have been staying at the compass point apartments for many years but never stayed at Crystal View. The pictures don't do the apartment justice, it was absolutely beautiful. They treat it as if it were their own home and you are a family guest. Everything you could possibly want and need. So so clean and comfortable and the outside courtyard oasis was such a lovely bonus to come back to after a day on the beach. We shall definitely be returning. Thankyou x
