Recently renovated with beautiful design details this traditional cottage is well positioned, nestled in a quiet road just off the high street just moments from the seafront with its range of eateries and picturesque promenade.

In calming hues of grey and blue this newly renovated cottage is filled with light and provides the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or out exploring the Jurassic coast. Fresh and inviting, the open-plan living space features a newly fitted kitchen, sumptuous sofa and café style table and chairs to the front. Stairs lead to an open-style airy double bedroom, a cosy sanctuary with a stylish ensuite shower room.

Home to the famous Sidmouth Folk Festival where the town comes to life with a festive atmosphere and a diverse line-up of events this is the place to stay to make the most of walking trails and access to The South West Coastal Path. You’ll find two beautiful beaches for lazy days by the coast as well as kayak and paddle board hire for those wishing to explore the dramatic coastline by water. Away from the coast, Bicton Park Botanical Gardens offers a laid-back day out with 64 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens to explore.

    Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas)

    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a WiFi dongle.

    There is a designated parking bay in Mill Street car park which is less than 100 meters away from the cottage.
