With its beautiful beaches, village atmosphere and iconic landmark, Marazion is a one-of-a-kind coastal town in Cornwall; ideal for relaxing holidays with friends and family.

Set within a short drive of places like Mousehole and St Ives, this gorgeous ground-floor annexe tucks itself away down a quiet lane, offering guests a beautiful base for exploring the Cornish coast. Inside, you’ll discover a bright and elegantly furnished open plan living / cooking / dining space with magnificent views over St Michael’s Mount and the bay.

Two bedrooms – the spacious super-king-size with en-suite shower (zip-and-link beds to suit all groups), and a tasteful double bedroom, both have lovely sea views. Glass doors extend the living space outside where a patio invites guests to relax and dine in the sunshine. The property’s stunning garden with mature plants and manicured lawn sprawls across the front of the property, and together with the seascape create a stunning panorama.

With several terrific sandy beaches and the coast path on its doorstep, Marazion offers plenty to do outdoors. Visitors can stroll the full 5.4 miles to Newlyn, or enjoy the shorter 2-mile route to Penzance which is completely level and perfect for those with pushchairs or limited mobility. Kiteboard, SUP and kayak lessons are readily available on the beach with operators offering equipment hire as well, so those hoping to take to the water can do so safely and with minimal hassle. Of course, you can’t stay in Mounts Bay without visiting the majestic St Michael’s Mount with its tropical gardens and historic castle. A lovely day out for all the family, low tide exposes a causeway for pedestrian access, and at high tide there’s a seasonal ferry to transport you across the water.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
Additional Extras: There is a cot and a high chair available upon request, as these are not stored at the property, please add them to your booking if required.

Open plan with the dining area and kitchen, this lovely room has access through large doors out to the patio where incredible views over the bay and out towards St Michael’s Mount are showcased. Two contemporary armchairs and a two-seater sofa make the perfect place for relaxing with a good book or for enjoying a movie night. This room is also furnished with a TV cabinet, coffee table and occasional tables, Smart TV with Freeview, and a DVD player

Sadly we didnt have wonderful weather whilst we were at Rosemerryn but we were happy staying inside and looking at the view. Great place to stay to get to lots of places in this far corner of Cornwall. Good accommodation and comfy beds.

Fantastic accomodation, only beaten by the stunning view of St Micharl`s Mount. The accomodation was contemporary, stylish, clean ,very well equipped with everything you need and...more importantly for January .. very cosy & warm. Can`t recommend it enough. There was a lovely welcome gift bowl with goodies 7 we were very chuffed to be greeted by a Christmas Tree. Location wise, it was well placed for many local beaches & harbours & located well to supermarkets & petrol station. would Definately return

Rosemerryn is finished to a high standard and is spotlessly clean throughout. Amazing views across Mounts Bay with St. Micheal's providing an imposing focal point. Ideally located for exploring this part of Cornwall. I dropped a mark on the value for money only because accommodation in Cornwall is generally more expensive and this is not a reflection of Rosemerryn itself. Would love to go back one day.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Wohnung, mit 2 komfortablen Schlafzimmern und Bädern, mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Mounts Bay und den St.Michael's Mount. Kleine Terrasse umgeben von schönen Blumen und Gewächsen. Wer hier herkommt, ist in einer besonderen Welt. In einem sehr milden Klima, umgeben von netten Menschen, von tropischen Gewächsen. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und Zentrum von Marazion. Von allen Zimmern tolle Aussicht. Auch von der großen Terrasse. Wir kommen wieder an diesen verzauberten Ort....

We stayed at Rosemerryn for a long weekend in November and it was perfect. The property was in a wonderful, peaceful location with easy access and amazing views. It was comfortable and thoughtfully set up to provide us with everything we needed. The outside seating area was sheltered but with sea views so even in November we were able to enjoy lunch outside.

. This location was wonderful, views and parking in Marazion outstanding. The service from Sophie was wonderful when minor items occurred and dealt with within the day. This was better than the site details had led us to expect and In all respects was outstanding. This all combined to provide us with a relaxing and totally enjoyable holiday. One week in a remarkable location

We had a very long drive (9 hours) to reach Rosemerryn on the journey there, only to enter the house which was not cleaned or ready for us in any way. We were told to disappear for 2 to 3 hours while the place was cleaned. VERY FRUSTRATING. After this our holiday was wonderful. The setting is to die for, the weather could have been better but we all enjoyed ourselves. This was our second visit to Rosemerryn and Im sure not the last.

A modern roomy and peaceful cottage in a idillic location. An extremely well equipped kitchen being part of the open plan living area. Bedrooms were lovely - well equipped with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Patio and parking areas a big bonus. The view is amazing and I look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful weeks Holiday.

Perfect location, very peaceful and, if required, 2 parking spaces. Rosemerryn is for 4 people but the 2nd bedroom is a double bed and the main bedroom is also a double but is 2 single beds together. There was just my wife and myself, but I would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay to visit other places in South Cornwall. Helford, Mousehole, St. Ives Porthleven and especially, as we did, an evening production at The Minack Theatre.
