Light, airy and just moments from the beach, this modern mews house is one of a handful of properties that make up the exclusive The Dunes development in Perranporth, North Cornwall; a dreamy location for both long beachy holidays and coastal weekend escapes.

Perfectly suited to couples and families, the property is set over two floors, with a spacious open plan living / dining and cooking space sporting countryside views on the first. There’s a twin room on this floor too along with a family bathroom with bath tub which is perfect for parents with younger children, while downstairs the master bedroom with its own flat screen TV, has direct access to the private garden and terrace. Throughout, the house has been tastefully styled and furnished to create a welcoming space for unwinding in after sun-splashed days spent down on the beach, and while you'll be spoilt for choice with local restaurants, the home's kitchen which comes fully equipped, provides you with all you'd need to be able to whip up home cooked meals if you prefer.

Perranporth Beach is marvellously huge and boasts excellent sea conditions for surfing, snorkelling and sailing. Of course, if lazing in the sunshine or working on your tan are all you’re after, you won’t struggle to find a spot either and there’s a fantastic sea pool for younger visitors to paddle around in. The beach is backed by grass and dunes giving it that wild feel, and apart from a selection of cafe's and bars that sit close by, there's the famous Watering Hole where you can enjoy drinks and snacks right on the sand. The village is less than a couple of minutes walk away and there you’ll discover a selection of surf shops, grocery stores and restaurants, while the South West Coast Path which is accessed just a few minutes walk from the village, boasts some of the most spectacular coastal views and ocean panoramas around.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Lovely place

Really great, modern flat. A stone throw from the beach which made a dawn surf possible! The only thing I might say, is that I disagree with their choice of best pastie!!!

Comfy cottage in good location

Everything was fine, but it was surprising that we had to supple our own extra loo rolls for a property of this price.

Location is brilliant not far from all amenities. Apartment is very homely and clean. Your car has its own space too!
