Wonderfully spacious with a bright and contemporary feel, the apartment sits above a famous fish and chips shop and offers guests an authentic Cornish holiday experience by the sea.

Amply equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing stay, there are two generous sized bedrooms, one of which can be configured as a twin or king size. The large living room has an enormous L-shaped sofa with a wall-mounted flat screen television and leads out to the apartment’s balcony, which is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening refreshment. The open plan design of the living area includes a good size dining room with a glass-topped table and upholstered chairs as well as a nifty kitchen, offering plenty of space to prepare and share a home-cooked meal or two.

Ideal for families, couples and small groups, the beach is located just across the road so is a stone’s throw from the property; or for guests looking to explore the attractions of the town, there are the fantastic Morrab Gardens and Jubilee Pool to enjoy.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

A nice stay.

The property is in a great central location and has wonderful views. The entrance is difficult to find and us slightly off putting to start with. The property whilst on the surface was clean needed some deep cleaning and I would recommend new bedding. However we had a lovely stay and I think the minor issues of cleanliness could be easily resolved.

We journeyed from South Africa to visit Cornwall during the winter and it was everything we hoped for. The only problem was finding the apartment; the moment we'd found it everything was fantastic! It was far better than previous AirBnBs that we've used at significantly less of the price. I really would recommend using this company, the host was communicative and helpful. Positives: -Very comfortable, clean and lovely stylings, the coastal theme is lovely -Amenities provided are all good quality, the shower and bath were especially lovely to relax in -The location cannot be praised enough, it felt like it was the perfect distance from everything Negatives: -You get what you would expect staying above a fish & chip shop, you are occasionally reminded due to noises and reminders.

Great Location, Great view

Great Location right above Frasers, outside deck provides a great view of the ocean and bay. Large windows let in lots of light and also provide great view from inside so can enjoy the view when the weather is less than perfect

Lovely views and a good location to explore Cornwall

Enjoyable stay at Atlantic View, flat is well located on the promenade in Penzance. Lovely sea views. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds and sofa, well equipped kitchen. Only disappointment was that we found parts of the kitchen had not been cleaned properly when we arrived and so had to rewash all the cutlery and glasses. We also had to request assistance with the central heating. Response was excellent and all issues were quickly resolved with the owner calling round and arranging for a same day call out from an engineer. All in all would happily recommend the flat. The flat is located immediately above a fish and chip shop and we did have some concerns that we might be disturbed by either noise or smell but neither were an issue in any way and it was great having such a good fish shop as a neighbour. Many restaurants within walking distance, we enjoyed a couple of meals in the Taj Mahal but were disappointed with the Mackerel Sky Seafood bar. We stayed in April, just after Easter and had no issues parking on the promenade, though we suspect that it would be a real challenge in the height of the summer. Also worth noting that the parking bays immediately in front of the flat are only for 30 minutes stays.
