Three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms make the cottage ideal for families, with a large sitting room and wood burner stove creating a wonderful space to relax and unwind in. At the heart of the property you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with its original Cornish range cooker, perfect for preparing a home-cooked feast, and a games room with small snooker table that will keep all of the family entertained during their stay.
The wonderful views of St Michael’s Mount can be enjoyed from the sun room and upstairs patio that leads off of the master bedroom, as well as from the outdoor dining area tucked away at the bottom of the enclosed garden – a great spot to enjoy a meal or two al fresco.
Marazion is a charming seaside town with quaint streets, narrow pavements, pretty cottages and historic buildings. The town's main beach has golden sands that stretch for nearly a mile and the water here offers fantastic conditions for sailing, paddle-boarding, kayaking and kite surfing.

Pets: Two pets are allowed at this property at a charge of £25 per pet per stay/week. If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time.
Number of steps: Externally there are steep stairs which have a handrail on one side and a wall the other side. Internally there are one flight of stairs.

Linen: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests; however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

This property provides one allocated space. Please note however that access to the parking for the property is down Praeds Lane which is narrow at 2 metres wide (between two rows of cottages) and may not be suitable for larger vehicles

We had a wonderful week at Trevara. The house had everything we needed and it was perfectly situated to explore the Cornish coastline. Amazing views out across the bay. Would certainly recommend a stay here!

Our family of 5 stayed at Trevara for one week (parents + 15, 14 and 9 year old). Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the space and the ability for our family to spread out though the low ceilings thru-out the house were extremely challenging for 2 members of our party (who are 6'3' and 6'4" in height respectively). The game room was a welcome attraction for our 2 youngest while us parents lived on the balcony off the Master Bedroom! Our arrival was a little bumpy (literally) as we damaged our rental car trying to get down the lane (we did have a 3 row vehicle, Volvo XC90) so once we unloaded we opted to use the long stay car park in town for the rest of our stay (it took us 12 minutes to walk there). The house was clean upon our arrival and well stocked (towels, toilet paper, paper towels; dishwasher tabs; tea towels) and the kitchen had everything we needed. We did find the range top difficult to use as it seemed to turn on and off -- making it hard to maintain a constant temperature while cooking. The larger sized fridge and dishwasher were very helpful as was the washing machine in the shed! The large lounge was a great surprise with tons of seating, allowing us to relax together in the evenings. But by far the best part of this property was the view of St. Michael's Mount as well as the ocean from the balcony off the Master. We enjoyed coffee in the morning there and drinks in the afternoon/evening all while admiring the spectacular views from this perfectly positioned spot. We were even lucky enough to see the castle lit up one night! We also loved being in a town where we could walk to things - previous locations we have stayed have been more remote and required a car to do anything - so it was a nice change for our family.

A surprisingly large property in a beautiful location with uninterrupted views of Mounts Bay. A clean and comfortable traditional cottage that is tucked away but very close to local amenities. A gem. Just make sure your car fits down the short narrow lane to the parking spot.
