Set just 10 minutes’ walk from famous Fistral Beach, this home feels right in keeping with the Newquay’s lifestyle. Complete with its own parking, enclosed garden and three beautiful bedrooms. Sleeping six guests, the house is set over three floors with the master suite occupying the entire upper level. Beautifully equipped and styled, there are plush carpets, superior beds and Smart TV's in all three bedrooms, as well as high quality finishings and first-class fittings in both of the property's bathrooms.

On the ground floor, the open plan kitchen is bright and inviting, and together with the dining room creates the perfect space for discussing the day’s plans or for whipping up a delicious home cooked meal. Flowing from this area, the lounge with its sofas and tv is the ideal spot for relaxing with a good book or for taking in a movie together. Dine alfresco on warm days in the enclosed garden complete with rattan suite or enjoy the sunset from the master bedroom’s balcony before heading out for an evening of entertainment and fun. Kingsley House is a wonderful holiday home for anyone looking to enjoy a luxury escape to Cornwall’s iconic north coast.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 small pet allowed, £25 per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

    Type of heating: Central heating
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

    Positioned on the ground floor this space is open plan with the kitchen and dining area and has access via large sliding doors to the back garden. Two sofas provide seating for six and the room is also furnished with a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, music system and Bluetooth speaker, DAB radio and assorted games and books

    Also on the ground floor and open plan with the living / dining area, the contemporary kitchen features a single electric, fan-assisted oven with integrated grill and induction hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided

    The dining area is open plan and is furnished with a circular glass table and six upholstered dining chairs

    Master Bedroom
    Upstairs on the second floor, this gorgeous en-suite bedroom has its own access to a private balcony with glass balustrade. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers while for entertainment there’s a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, DAB radio and Bluetooth speaker

    Situated on the first floor, this spacious room features a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers. It also has a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview

    Also on the first floor this bright and airy twin bedroom features two single beds, bedside tables with lamps and a double built in wardrobe. This room also has a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview

    On the first floor, the modern family bathroom features a bath with a shower over, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC

    The en-suite to the master bedroom features a walk-in shower, hand basin, mirror, heated towel rail and WC

    The private enclosed garden has an outdoor dining suite of table and chairs and is a combination of paving and artificial turf. The property offers guests the use of its body boards while visiting

Welcome to Newquay

Holidays in Newquay have a funny habit of becoming family traditions, and that’s because this Cornish surfing resort has it all. With plenty to keep kids entertained and away from those tablets, it’s the perfect destination for a family break. Lie back on the sands of Fistral or Watergate Bay beach while the Atlantic waves crash onto the surf.

Not that luxurious

Firstly the house was well equipped and was located well for getting in and out of Newquay. The provision of buckets/spades was a nice touch. However, when we first arrived what hit us was the smell, it may have been the rugs in the living room which were stained and really quite old fashioned. We rolled up the main one for the length of the stay to help with this. The main bed was also very uncomfortable and definitely needed the mattress replacing. The blinds in the master bedroom looked like they belong in an office or school. The kitchen cupboard doors opened in an odd arrangement and items weren't in sensible places. The pictures and general atmosphere of the house was nice.
