There’s a fully equipped modern kitchen with a range of appliances and cookware for those delicious home cooked meals to be whipped up in, and two large and luxurious upstairs bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs the tastefully furnished living space with double sofa bed is the ideal place for relaxing in after days spent exploring the coast, and the light and airy atmosphere along with gorgeous views create an away-from-it-all ambience.
Set in a quiet location above the town but within walking distance of Porthmeor Beach and St Ives town and harbour, this holiday home couldn’t be better placed for a magical seaside holiday on Cornwall’s iconic north coast. Carbis Bay and Hayle lie just a short drive away as do Porthkidney Beach, The Towans and Gwithian.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: No pets allowed
Number of steps: 11 step in to property then a flight of stairs internally to get to the apartment door.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

The spacious master bedroom is situated on the first floor off the stair landing and has wonderful sea views. It features its own en suite bathroom, a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, mirror, chest of drawers and hanging space

This second bedroom is also on the first floor and has lovely sea views. It is furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, a mirror, hanging space, a chest of drawers and mirror.
There is a travel cot stored in the eves cupboard and a hairdryer in a draw

There’s something special about holidays in St Ives and we just can’t quite put our fingers on it. It could be the beautiful light that’s attracted artists to the resort for generations, the cobbled streets and coastal views…or that feeling of being a world away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful property - pleasant stay

Everything was outstanding except for the sleeping arrangement. We had booked for 5 adults which obviously meant that we would need 5 bed spaces. The flat had four bed spaces (2 single and 1 double bed), upon enquiring with the caretaker she informed us that we had to request in advance if we wanted 5 beds. She explained that there was a sofa bed which we can setup ourselves, which we did but was slightly unexpected.

We had the most wonderful stay at Windsor Lookout. The aspect of the apartment meant that we were able to see views far out over the town, catching the sea and its many moods and the boats heading to harbour, which were all a delight every morning. As was the birdsong, birdwatching and sheer tranquility of the place. It is very special, with lots of natural light and has been beautifully decorated by the owner, who was extremely kind and accommodating. I cannot fault it and only wish it had been forever(!) A big thank you to Luxury Coastal and to Neil.
