Open plan living, a range of excellent features and ocean panoramas from the living room's bay window, combine to create a property that guests can feel truly at home in. There’s a fully equipped modern kitchen with a range of appliances and cookware for those delicious home cooked meals to be whipped up in, and two large and luxurious upstairs bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs the tastefully furnished living space with double sofa bed is the ideal place for relaxing in after days spent exploring the coast, and the light and airy atmosphere along with gorgeous views create an away-from-it-all ambience.

Set in a quiet location above the town but within walking distance of Porthmeor Beach and St Ives town and harbour, this holiday home couldn’t be better placed for a magical seaside holiday on Cornwall’s iconic north coast. Carbis Bay and Hayle lie just a short drive away as do Porthkidney Beach, The Towans and Gwithian.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: No pets allowed
    Number of steps: 11 step in to property then a flight of stairs internally to get to the apartment door.

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

    The room is furnished with two sofas and two armchairs positioned in the bay window. Other furniture includes side tables, a coffee table and TV cabinet and smart TV

    Amply equipped it offers plenty of storage and worktop space and features an electric oven and grill, an electric hob, a tumble dryer, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher
    A range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided as well as a cafetiere and smaller appliances that include a toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner

    The spacious master bedroom is situated on the first floor off the stair landing and has wonderful sea views. It features its own en suite bathroom, a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, mirror, chest of drawers and hanging space

    This second bedroom is also on the first floor and has lovely sea views. It is furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, a mirror, hanging space, a chest of drawers and mirror.
    There is a travel cot stored in the eves cupboard and a hairdryer in a draw

    Situated on the ground floor this room features a shower cubicle, WC, sink, mirror, heated towel rail and shaving point
