With its stunning scenery and reputation for being one of Cornwall’s best family beaches, Harlyn Bay is the epitome of dreamy coastal holiday destinations - the perfect location for your next Cornish escape.

Recently built and overlooking the bay, Harlyn Penthouse has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and features three ground floor bedrooms and four bathrooms, all tastefully styled and luxuriously kitted out. On its top floor, a fabulous open-plan kitchen, dining, living room provides plenty of space for socialising, and sliding doors that open the interior to the property’s two large terraces, one to the side and one to the front.

The terrace to the side (which isn’t overlooked by any neighbouring properties) is a terrific spot for sunbathing and relaxation. It has sun loungers and outdoor sofa suites for kicking back and chilling to your heart’s content. The dining terrace to the front sits undercover to provide shade and shelter and showcases incredible sea views. Here you can spend time in the fresh air, brunching al fresco together, or watching the sun set over the bay with a glass or two of bubbly.

Of course, holidays in Harlyn Bay are all about spending time in the sea and on the sand, and here you’ll have the best of both. The beach itself is wide and spacious and backed by sand dunes (which act as a wind break) has a reputation for being safe, which means it’s ideal for paddling in the shallows or learning to surf. It also has plenty of rock pools to explore, so great news if you’re holidaying with tots in tow.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedrooms. There are restrictions surrounding dogs and the outside spaces which are laid out in the welcome folder for all guests.
    Number of steps: 2 flights of stairs to the apartment front door, 1 flight of stairs inside the property as a duplex apartment
    Type of heating: Electric underfloor heating
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change) Please let us know the bed configurations at the time of booking, if not your configuration needs may not be met.
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
    Property surroundings: Located very close to Harlyn Bay Beach which is dog friendly all year around

    This property offers two allocated parking spaces. Harlyn Bay has a long stay car park in the village (less than 5 minutes’ walk away) which is not managed by Cornwall council - please note that there is no overnight parking permitted here.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic position with great views and lovely coastal walks on the doorstep. The Beach Box restaurant is just over the road and handy if you don’t want to cook. Parking was easy. Will be easier to carry luggage in once the lift is installed in the apartment building.
