Furnished balcony at the front of building with superb sea views
Furnished roof terrace to the rear of the property, accessed through the kitchen. Although this space is access from the ground floor, the slope of the landscape means it is in an elevated position.
The roof terrace is laid with Astroturf and features a barbecue and herb garden (please note the rear garden is used as access to the upstairs flat)
Parking permit provided for one car with unloading area in the car park to the rear of the property
Guests have use of the facilities of the Royal York Hotel with 10% in the restaurant and cafe bar, as well as preferential rates in the Spa
Guest can also use the Sidmouth Tennis, Croquet and Cricket club facilities.

Sidmouth has long been a family favourite of mine. To find a property of this quality right on the sea front is amazing. I couldn't think of a better place to sit and gaze out to Lyme Bay which puts on a show all year round!
