Once inside your duplex-apartment, you’ll be surrounded by grand furnishings, period features and sinkable sofas inviting you to relax and unwind in comfort. Furnished roof terrace to the rear of the property, accessed through the kitchen. Although this space is access from the ground floor, the slope of the landscape means it is in an elevated position.
The roof terrace is laid with Astroturf and features a barbecue and herb garden (please note the rear garden is used as access to the upstairs flat)

Guests have use of the facilities of the Royal York Hotel with 10% in the restaurant and cafe bar, as well as preferential rates in the Spa
Guest can also use the Sidmouth Tennis, Croquet and Cricket club facilities.
