    No.1 is the closest property to the beach within the Beachdown development so is benefits from great access to the beach and outdoor shower area
    The garden and roof terrace which aren't overlooked, mean guests can relax or entertain in privacy
    The roof terrace is a huge space with wonderful sea views

    Entrance Hall
    On entering the home guests are welcomed into a large double height entrance hall with a console table and offering a selection of holiday reads, and the staircase sweeping up to the living areas

    Living Room
    The living area lies on the upper floor of the house and is open plan with the kitchen and dining room. It offers an incredibly spacious, light-filled and beautifully furnished zone to unwind in whether for watching a movie together or for simply hanging out in. Modern furnishings and comfortable sofas along with a 58” Panasonic smart TV, Sony Bluetooth surround sound system and Phillips Blu Ray player mean there’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained even in wetter weather

    The ultra-sleek kitchen is open plan with the living room and dining area and features ample worktop space and storage as well as an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with four barstool chairs.     The family suite is large and spacious and features a king size bed and a snug with three comfy armchairs, a floor cushion and flat screen Smart television. A large built-in wardrobe provides ample space for storage as do the bedside tables and large chest of drawers

    Located on the ground floor this bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to the front of the property through glass patio doors. Other furniture includes a chest of drawers and two bedside table with lamps

    Challaborough Bay holiday park lies adjacent to Beachdown approximately 150 meters from the beach and offers seasonal facilities including a diner, bar, local grocery store, surf shop and an indoor swimming pool (accessible for a fee). There is also an outdoor communal shower for de-sanding wetsuits and feet.

    Parking rules: a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway, no camper vans, boats, or commercial vehicles.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £300 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Please note that the parking area of the property is monitored by CCTV, this does not cover the internal area of the property.

No pets allowed (unless agreed in advance), no smoking allowed anywhere in or around the property, no barbecues in or around the property.

Unfortunately this property does not permit Party Groups, Stag or Hen Do's and has a maximum occupancy of 6.

1 Beachdown is in a peaceful location which is best suited to families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing break near the beach. If your booking falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements
