Just a short walk from Fore Street and the harbour, and within very easy reach of Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches, this beautifully refurbished cottage is set over three floors, with all its living and entertainment space at street level, and its bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.

Recently modernised and lovingly refurbished, it’s a fantastic coastal retreat where an open-plan living/kitchen space strikes the right balance between cosy and airy, allowing you to unwind, cook, eat and spend time together in complete comfort. The cottage’s three beautiful bedrooms include a gorgeous double bedroom and en-suite on the first floor, with a roomy king and twin on the second. There’s also a lovely family bathroom which has a bath and a hand-held shower so is especially good for those travelling with younger children or toddlers.

To the back of the property you’ll discover a delightful courtyard garden with furniture and place for a disposable BBQ, which is perfectly suited to warm-weather relaxation, so if you fancy fresh air dining or drinks in the sunshine, this is most definitely the spot. The garden is enclosed too which means that guests travelling with their dogs have a secure place for them to stretch their legs.

Ideally placed within St Ives, the cottage though tucked out of the way is still less than 5 minutes’ amble from the beautiful harbour, shops, restaurants and art galleries. Porthminster and Porthmeor beaches lie within easy walking distance (around 10 minutes in either direction), so if for those who prefer a car-free getaway, it’s perfect. If you do fancy exploring by car, further along the coast are even more of the area’s best beaches including Carbis Bay, Upton Towans and Gwithian, while the lovely seaside towns and villages of Mounts Bay like Marazion and Mousehole are within a 30-minute drive.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Travel cot and highchair: This property does not have a cot but there is a high chair in the property
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.

    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

    There is no allocated parking for this property however the Cornwall Council managed Park Avenue long stay car park is a couple of minutes’ walk away
