This lovely property has been recently refreshed with new sofas, armchairs, beds, linen, and soft furnishings throughout.

Laid out over the third floor of a luxury development, the open plan living area of this home is bright and airy with floor to ceiling glass inviting plenty of natural light into the space. Three large bedrooms provide ample space for six guests and the beautiful master bedroom features a super king size bed, en-suite shower room, flat screen TV and Bose Wave System III. The two additional bedrooms have built in wardrobes with one being furnished with a super king size bed and the other with twin beds.

An attractive and very well-equipped kitchen has an oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer and separate wine cooler. Granite worktops and gloss units add to its high-spec and offer a great space to create delicious home cooked meals in. For sociable evenings there is a modern dining table with seating for six.

Newquay town with its plethora of bars, restaurants and shops is close by, with Fistral Beach itself being just a few minutes from the apartment. Well-known for its surf culture, a visit to North Cornwall would not be complete without taking to the water. Several surf schools as well as water sports hire companies operate in the area and cater to all levels of ability from beginner to pro. For those who’d prefer to keep their feet dry, there are many fantastic walks along the South West Coast path not to mention a famous golf course, aquarium, zoo and harbour to explore.

Please note: Being so close to the beach means seagulls are a part of everyday life here so whilst the windows and skylight receive regular cleaning, bird mess cannot be avoided.

Absolutely stunning this place the views are amazing and we could sit for hours watching the surfers , opening the front door and its like wow what a place the kitchen has everything you need and much much more the shower room is just the best , the main bed is massive and really comfortable we just love it here

The penthouse was spotless, extremely comfortable. Every single thing you might possibly need was there. Never slept so well. Incredible views. Seagulls were a little annoying but funny. Kept knocking on the windows with their beaks.what an incredible week.

Loved the apartment so much. The views are breathtaking and we spent hours simply gazing out at the ever changing sea. Its a lot bigger than it seems in the photos - especially the bedrooms, all three are very spacious. Everything you need is in walking distance. We would highly recommend Ginger & Joe, Graze Tapas and the Lewinnick Lodge for food. Check in was simple, the super team were always on hand if we had a question. We shall definitely be back!

Penthouse with a view

Extremely large appartment with fabulous view and location. Everything required for a long stay with lovely bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, books, puzzles, music and tvs (main TV excellent sound and picture but you best plug in your computer for streaming), washer, dryer, household necessities in abundance. Bedrooms have plenty of space, open plan kitchen diner and lounge is vast. Outdoor storage for surfboards extremely useful (needed fixing and was). As was Shower cubicle to get sand off. Oh, and able to check surf while eating breakfast. Really lucky with the weather and if it had been bad this is a good place to be.

We loved the apartment so much we booked an extra night as didnt want to leave ! Everything you could possibly want is there and a lot more besides. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The location is perfect for exploring the area and the views from the gorgeous lounge windows are stunning. Loved sitting in the very comfy cream recliners watching the surfers. Everything about the apartment is lovely. Beautifully furnished and decorated. We instantly felt right at home. Plenty of space and a great sound system. The tv looked great but we didnt put it on as watching the surfers was entertainment enough ! I have already recommended the apartment to friends and hope to return. Thank you.

Should have booked longer

The Penthouse is exactly like the photos. My stay was incredible and I wish the stay was booked for longer. It was much larger than needed and only one of the 3 bedrooms/bathrooms was used. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had every possible gadget we could need and even had a wine cooler which I don't think was in the photos. A couple of tips: 1) always bring the key with you. Most of the time the front door entrance was opened and unlocked but the morning of departure, when bringing the trash to the bin and bags to the car, the key was left in the flat and got locked out. Many thanks to flat 1 for buzzing in. 2) If you are a light sleeper, you may have a challenge with the sea gulls. They land on the roof and are loud. Also, they don't sleep. This was not an issue as we turned the fan on and the white noise blocked them out but you will lose the lull of the waves. No reflection on the flat or the agency but wanted to call it out for others who may be light sleepers. Will definitely stay again if given the opportunity. Such a lovely stay that was over too quickly.

The location of this apartment is excellent - overlooking Fistral beach. Parking outside was really helpful. Apartment was a great size and the lounge / dining room over looking the beach was amazing. Beds a little soft for our taste but conscious thats personal.

My family and I came to stay in may and was blown away with the apartment! Its a lot bigger inside than the photos show, Absolutely beautiful view, ideal location to get to the beach and pubs! Bed was super comfy and the living area was huge so my little one had alot of space to play :) My family and I have booked to come back in September 2024 and we will no doubt book again the year after! A brilliant stay!

We stayed at the apartment over the coronation bank holiday weekend. After a long journey we arrived to a bottle of bubbly and some other niceties which kicked off our weekend well! The parking is clearly numbered and theres space for one car. The apartment is stunning, with the perfect amount of room for 4-6 people. In terms of location, we couldnt ask for more It was within walking distance of the beach, the town, shops, surf hire etc. We had a great stay and look forward to returning for another luxury getaway!

Fantastic views of Fistral Beach

A fantastic property with a great location. The property provided everything we required and the Bluetooth speaker was a great addition. The heating system seemed to have a mind of its own, no matter what we did to adjust the temperature the apartment was always hot. The apartment could do with a little TLC, a couple of things we noticed was water damage to a number of doors, the on suite bathroom smelt of drains, and quite a few areas which require some general maintenance. These minor issues didn't affect our stay though especially once a bit of bleach was put down the toilet, sink and shower in the on suite.
