Set in Newquay’s sought-after Pentire area which lies between Crantock and Fistral beaches, this modern property with its gorgeous interior is the perfect place for holidays with friends and family.

Stepping inside you’ll discover three beautiful bedrooms and a spacious living room which lies open plan with the fabulous kitchen/ diner. This room opens out to a sea-facing balcony - the perfect place to relax and reflect, whether you're sipping on your morning coffee or winding down to watch the sunset after a day of sunbathing and surfing. The master bedroom which is en-suite is furnished with a double bed and too has its own small balcony with sea views, while the two remaining bedrooms have delightfully comfy beds in the form of two small doubles in one, and two singles in the other. All three bedrooms have Smart TVs.

For sunseekers and surfers there are two of Newquay’s best beaches right on the doorstep; Fistral and Crantock which are just 5 minutes’ walk, while the nearby Gannel Estuary offers visitors a picturesque place for paddle boarding and swimming. For eating out and shopping sprees the town centre is just a 15 minute stroll away so you’ll have plenty of non-beachy activities to keep you and the family entertained during your stay too.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: No pets allowed
    Number of steps: 1 flight of stairs to reach the property, there is also a lift
    Type of heating: Gas central heating
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Travel cot and highchair: These are available on request, please let Luxury Coastal know at the time of booking if you require these.
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
    Coffee Machine: Nespresso Magimix
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

A range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils is provided as well as smaller appliances that include a toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board
