If you’re on the lookout for the perfect pad for your next Newquay holiday, 53 Zinc nails the brief. An airy open-plan entertainment space with a lounge / diner, and fully fitted kitchen all leading out to a sea view balcony, as well as three terrific bedrooms each with their own features. There’s the en-suite master bedroom with its balcony and views over the golf course, and a twin, also with its own balcony. The children’s bunk room with sea views has a workspace with desk and chair, which is ideal for anyone who still needs to catch up on their emails.

Above the dining area there’s a mezzanine level which creates a cool hangout for older children (12+). Parents are advised to supervise children when using the stairs and space

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. This is collected 7 days prior to your arrival from the card on file.

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

    The children’s bedroom has a lovely view of the Newquay War Memorial and out to sea, and is furnished with bunk beds, a beanbag, a desk and chair

This apartment was perfect for us - plenty of room, near Fistral Beach and local restaurants together with a guaranteed parking space. The apartment was beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only issue we had was un-drinkable water for 48 hours (highly chlorinated) but put this down to issues with the local water company. Shame dogs are no longer welcome here as we would have loved to return 🙁

Amazing stay

A group of 5 of us stayed here in April 2024. The accommodation was amazing. It was clean and tidy and exceeded expectations in terms of size and location. The golf course and Fistral beach were just a 2 minute walk away. It was perfect.
