Bright and welcoming you'll find this home has everything you need to enjoy a fabulous beach break in Newquay. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee or curl up with a good book on the sofa; there's also a well-equipped kitchen for whipping up a home cooked creation or two, and a large dining table where you'll be able to share those fabulous meals together.
5 The Vista is stylishly furnished with two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms providing ample space for families and couples alike, and you'll find additional sleeping for two on the comfy sofa bed in the living room.
Newquay is packed with plenty of outdoor activities including water sports hire and a golf course that's literally across the road; and for guests who fancy giving surfing a go, the surf school on Fistral is one of the best in the country.

We ask our guests for a £150 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedroom areas.
Number of steps: Ramp access to ground floor, property is on the 3rd floor with lift access available.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

I have been staying at The Vista property every year for about 8 years now in various different units. The view from No.5 is far and away the best view. Its just fantastic . The apartment itself is very well appointed, modern and clean. Everything you can think of needing is in the kitchen. The housekeeping lady was very helpful on our arrival as I couldnt get the television to work. A lovely touch was the tea and biscuits and milk in the fridge that awaited us after our long journey. Overall a lovely apartment in a fantastic location . Sea views like that I will never tire of.

Great stay in a lovely apartment

We had a wonderful week's stay in Newquay at 5 The Vista. Great communication with Erika. The apartment was ready a few hours before we expected which was great for us. We have a large SUV but the parking space was more than adequate. Space for unloading all our gear by the door before parking and having the lift was very useful. The apartment was spotless and came with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and spotless. There was a huge bath in the main bathroom which my partner loved. I'm 6ft3 and the ensuite shower was perfect, room to stand under the shower, sometimes hard to find for me. The living room has two sofas, one a sofa bed. Huge TV with internet. The Internet can be very patchy at times which sometimes causes an issue for TV watching at night but nothing major. The kitchen has a large range cooker which was spotless and very easy to use. All appliances and utensils you could want and a few more on top of that. Large dining table with views out across the golf course and Fistral beach. There is a small balcony with a couple of chairs and a table. We really cannot fault anything in our stay and we will definitely be coming back. Already recommended to friends and family members.

Apartment fantastic. Most things you could need available. Close proximity to supermarket and very close to beach. Fabulous views over golf course, sea and coastline. Would recommend staying there as we have already stayed a few times. The only negative is the internet is very slow which affects the tv signal causing problems as picture pixellates making it impossible to watch tv at times. Great place to unwind and recharge batteries. Dog friendly too which makes a bonus for us. .

No 5 has been such a wonderful place to stay! I could've sat 24/7 beside those windows watching the waves. The days we had rain were actually great because it was amazing watching the weather roll in, & the kite surfers out in crazy wind! The apartment itself was one of the best we've stayed in. Spotlessly clean & so well equipped with everything you need during your stay. Erica was fabulous & quick to communicate when we needed her. We would love to stay again!

Fabulous location and stunning views, all amenities within easy reach but well placed for exploring the area. Kitchen was well equipped but lacked any storage space, meaning all our food etc had to be kept on the work tops which makes for a very 'untidy' looking open plan space. (There are no wall cupboards and all of the lower cupboards are already choc full with kitchen equipment). The apartment is very spacious, warm and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would happily recommend the apartment.

An enjoyable return visit to a nice apartment

This was our third visit to this apartment, and it did not disappoint. It is extremely well-equipped and furnished, and everything has been thought of to give guests a relaxing and comfortable stay. The balcony looks out on to a splendid view looking north. There is a designated parking space. All parking is behind the property and secure access to the site is by code-controlled electric gates.

We had a very enjoyable stay at 5 The Vista. Apartment was very clean, comfortable & well equipped. Amazing views over the golf course, Fistral Beach & beyond. Having an allocated parking space was great as parking can be difficult to find in Newquay depending on the time of year. Just a 10 min walk into town centre where youll find a great range of pubs, cafes shops & restaurants all we found to be dog friendly. We would definitely return & have no hesitation in recommending

We have stayed here multiple times. The views over Newquay golf course and Fistrel beach are stunning. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable but I would say that some areas are in need of maintenance. There are loose tiles in one of the bathrooms and paintwork cracking and peeling in some areas. But overall we love staying here it just needs a bit of TLC
