Situated just 600 metres from the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach, 500 metres from Porthkidney Beach, and only 2 km from Porthminster Beach, it is fabulously close to some of the best spots on the northern coast of Cornwall.

Set on the ground floor, Offshore has undergone a contemporary refurbishment and features two comfortable bedrooms, a family bathroom, and an open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for home cooking and is fitted with a range of appliances to make your holiday as hassle-free as possible including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all-important coffee machine. One of the highlights of this property is its secure front patio which is perfect for morning coffees or sundowners in the sea air.

Guests have free private parking, and the apartment is just a short 4-minute walk from the centre of Carbis Bay, making it a terrific base for exploring the local area, including St Ives. For outdoor enthusiasts, the coastal path is just down the road, offering stunning views over the coastline, and easy access to nearby beaches. A lovely selection of restaurants can be found close by, like local favourites Becks Fish & Chips, and The Ugly Butterfly - both within a short walk or a 2-minute drive.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
