Fond Memories Cottage has been sympathetically updated and tastefully furnished to create a really special find in one of the most sought-after parts of St Ives. Situated in The Digey — one of the oldest and most atmospheric parts of St Ives, it’s just steps from Fore Street’s independent shops, cafés, galleries, with the scenic harbour and stunning sandy beaches of St Ives being a short walk away.

With four floors of well-designed living space, the cottage’s front door opens into a modern, well-equipped kitchen at street level, complete with a breakfast bar and two barstools — a sociable spot for morning coffee or a simple meal. On the first floor, the living room is light, spacious and welcoming, with two contemporary sofas, a big Smart TV, and window seats with upholstered pads and cushions. Original features, like deep window reveals and exposed stonework, reflect the building’s heritage and add to its charm.

On the second floor, there’s a calm and comfortable double bedroom with a Smart TV and its own window seat. The family bathroom is also on this floor includes a bath with a rain-head shower above. At the top of the home is a second bedroom designed with families in mind. It has a double bed and a single bed, as well as two Smart TVs. This room, though open to the stairwell and landing, is private, airy and comfortable, with sea glimpses beyond the rooftops.

This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
    ​Alternatively, a one-off, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
    Pets: 1 pets allowed. £40 per pet, per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
    Number of steps: 2 to the front door and 3 flights internal.

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property provides free Wi-Fi for our guests. There may be occasional variations in speed and performance due to factors outside of our control. If you're planning to work during your stay, we suggest bringing a Wi-Fi dongle as a backup
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises

    Positioned at street level, the kitchen is the entrance point to the cottage and is modern, light and well-equipped. It features a breakfast bar with two barstools and has fridge / freezer, electric fan oven, electric induction hob, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine
    A selection of cookware, utensils, crockery and glassware is provided

    Bedroom One
    Positioned on the second floor, this bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and lamp, mirror, wardrobe, chest of drawers and Smart TV with Freeview. The thick stone walls and window reveals give the room a peaceful, cosy feel.

    Bedroom Two
    Located on the top floor, this open-plan eaves bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with bedside tables and lamps, making it ideal for families. It has two Smart TVs with Freeview, exposed trusses and windows offering a view over the rooftops.
    *Please note: this room is open to the stairwell with no door
  • Bathrooms
    Positioned on the second floor, the bathroom features a bath with a rain-head shower over, hand basin, mirror, heated towel rail and WC.
  • Outside
    This property does not offer any outside space however the harbour and beach are just a couple of minutes' walk from the front door
  • Parking
    This property doesn’t offer parking, however Barnoon Long Stay Car Park is less than 5 minutes’ walk (about 0.2 miles)
