Located in Tywarnhayle Square, where the beach is less than two minutes’ walk away, and the town centre is a stone’s throw from the front door, this fabulous property invites guests to make the most of Perranporth’s laid-back lifestyle. Head down to the sea for an early swim, enjoy family days on the sand, take to the water for a sunset surf, or dine out in a different restaurant every night if you choose.

Inside, the property has been fully refurbished, with relaxed coastal décor and blue tones reflecting the sea; and light, airy spaces throughout. On the first floor, there’s a modern kitchen/diner finished in a clean, contemporary style, along with a spacious family shower room with a walk-in shower. The bedroom on this floor has a triple bunk bed with a double below and a single above, making it ideal for families or friends sharing. The second floor living room is a calm, comfortable space with large sofas and a Smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day on the beach, and the master bedroom on this floor is light-filled and beautifully furnished.

Perranporth is one of Cornwall’s most loved beach towns and sits on the north coast. Loved for its two-mile stretch of golden sand, rolling surf and relaxed atmosphere, it’s a dream for anyone who loves being by the sea. The beach is also very dog-friendly which is great news for those who have dogs in tow. Apart from off-lead time restrictions on the main beach during July and August, dogs may run free on the sand all year round.

Perranporth is also perfectly placed for exploring the North Cornwall coast, with plenty to see within an easy drive. Head north to well-known surfing spots like Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay or travel south towards St Agnes to discover dramatic coastal scenery, hidden coves and quieter beaches.

Alternatively, a one-off, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed. £40 per pet, per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Lovely holiday home

Had a fantastic stay. Lovely clean comfortable property in the middle of Perranporth. Had an issue with the washing machine but this was resolved by a quick response from Clementine at Luxury Holidays (who was excellent). Would highly recommend this holiday home.
