A gorgeous living room with original Victorian fireplace, Smart TV and seating is the perfect place for relaxation, with a big bay window framing views across the water to the pretty village of Polruan on the opposite bank. Sink into one of two roomy armchairs and watch sailing boats glide below or curl up on the sofa to catch up on your favourite book or movie. There’s a gorgeous kitchen with all you need to make preparing meals a pleasure including marble work tops and a Stoves range cooker. The dining area within the kitchen has sumptuous, upholstered chairs arranged around a Mid Century table so guests can keep the designated chef company while they whip up whatever’s on the menu.
The property’s two sophisticated and light-filled bedrooms are both en-suite, with plush king size beds and Egyptian cotton linen offering restful spaces to unwind. Huge windows in the sea-facing master treat guests to triple aspect river views, while the bathroom for the second bedroom boasts a walk-in shower and luxurious roll-top cast iron bath for indulgent soaks.
Life in picturesque Fowey centres around the beautiful river; a postcard-perfect backdrop for its pretty streets and sheltered coves. Peppered with boutiquey shops and historic architecture, the town has a lovely laid-back charm; and together with a host of river-based activities on offer like sailing, kayaking and boating, is the perfect holiday destination for anyone who loves being beside the water.

In the kitchen, glazed French doors to the living room can be pulled right back to showcase the views beyond, and a fabulous Ercol-style table and six sumptuous dining chairs invite you to linger over meals while soaking up the views

Lovely Plaice!

We absolutely loved this apartment. It's location is perfect, as not slap bang in the middle of everything but near enough to the centre and the small beach. Our favourite thing to do was sit in the armchairs by the window, watching the boats go by. The two bedrooms are lovely and spacious and the beds so comfortable. After our early morning swim, I'd sit outside with a cup of coffee, watching the world go by. Kay, who manages the property was great. We got there early and phoned her and she sent me a text to let me know when we could access the apartment. Had a lovely welcome pack of milk, tea, biscuits and lovely cornish butter! Would definitely stay there again. It is one of the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed in.

Weve been staying in Fowey for over a decade - it was our first time in Dollys. Great location with a lovely view. I personally think 4pm is a really late check in time (its the latest weve ever had and we normally always stay along the Esplanade). Its also the first time since staying in Fowey that weve not even been able to park at the property a little earlier. After an 8 hour drive we just want to drop the car and head into town. Furnishing was lovely. Would happily stay again as we loved our stay.
