Resting in a fantastic position overlooking Fishcombe Cove and boasting plenty of stylish space both inside and out, Osprey 3 at The Cove is everything you could wish for from a beach retreat, making it the perfect place for holidays with family and friends. Positioned on the ground floor, this apartment is one of the largest at The Cove, and offers spacious open plan living cooking and dining, all with wide sea views of Tor Bay as the backdrop. Large sliding doors from the lounge out to the terrace mean that when the weather is warm, guests can enjoy that quintessential inside / outside lifestyle so that days are filled with relaxation in the sunshine, and evenings with sundowners and conversation, a glass of bubbly in hand.

Superbly equipped, Osprey 3 boasts a range of features to keep guests ultra comfy during their stay including a luxurious beds, a fully kitted-out kitchen, chic family shower room, and a range of gorgeous furnishings throughout. A Smart TV and Bose sound system in the living room make down time a sociable affair, and with TV’s in both the bedrooms as well, guests can enjoy their own private space when it’s time to unwind.

Set right on the coast path and just a short stroll from Brixham’s famous fish quay and harbour, this property makes a terrific base from which to experience all that the town and surrounding area has to offer. Along with Fishcombe Cove which is just 500 yards away, several more tiny bays like Churston and Elberry are within a scenic walk, as are the landmark Breakwater, and Berry Head Nature Reserve. Of course, Brixham is packed with top-notch restaurants and independent boutiques too so you won’t need to travel far for a good meal or shopping spree, but if you’d like to get out for the day, the wonderful riverside town of Dartmouth (gateway to the South Hams) lies a short drive and picturesque ferry trip away.

The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

    Property surroundings: Guests have access to the on-site communal outdoor heated pool (open May to mid September 10am to 7pm)

    There is an allocated parking space in the development's car park with visitor spaces available on a first come first served basis. Additional on-street parking can be found in the area at the top of Fishcombe Road (about 3 minutes’ walk up away) or on Northfields Road around Battery Gardens and Furzeham. (Due to The Cove’s location, there is a short though relatively steep hill to climb to reach these streets)
