Goodrington’s sandy beach with its colourful beach huts is a short stroll from the apartment, perfect for bucket and spade days and playing in the waves. The nearby boating lake is a wonderful family attraction where you can glide across the water in a gentile swan boat or splash around in one of the bumper boats for hours of family fun.

Paignton is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of The English Riviera, with Brixham and Torquay just a short drive in either direction. Here you’ll find all the charms of a traditional seaside holiday, along with boutique shops and harbourside café to sample a true taste of Devon.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

    Type of heating: Gas central heating
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
    Pool: Communal pool open all year round and heated from 31st May - 1st September.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Lovely apartment

We had a great stay at this apartment. The views are lovely from the balcony and we even managed some sunshine (in March!) the balcony is sheltered and even in the poorer weather it was nice to look out through the patio doors. We took our elderly dog and it was ideal to take her on a little walk to the park just a few yards down the road and then onto the promenade and beach. There is a lovely walk through the cliff gardens over to the harbour and we enjoyed a coffee and cake at the little cafe there (cant remember its name!) there are a couple of nice pubs there too. We would definitely stay at this apartment again if in the area, it was very well appointed, clean and comfortable.

Lovely accommodation in a fantastic location. The standard of this accommodation was amazing, the open plan kitchen and living room area with the views out the the park and the sea were great. The location is perfect for a quick walk out to the beach and also a 5-10 minute walk into Paignton. Both us and our kids did not want to leave.

Lovely apartment very clean and tidy with excellent view of the beach and just a short walk to the beach too!! The only gripe I have is the parking situation. On arriving I could not park my car as not enough space for me as i have a large car, ended up parking it on the roadside. But overall an excellent accommodation

Excellent apartment

Arrived to find a spotless apartment, quality items throughout, it took just 8 minutes to decide to rebook again for next year and so we have. Knowing the area we needed somewhere close to the Goodrington North Shore which is a all year round dog beach, (South Shore just for people May-Sep) and this fitted the bill perfectly. It is on the ground floor so direct access from the front entrance without the inconvenience of having to go up and down the stairs with luggage etc. Swimming pool in the grounds cold in May but the sunny weather helped, and you soon got used to the temperature. Very short walk to the beach and Youngs park. Sitting on the balcony which gets sun from 08:00hrs to 19:00hrs was a joy and the glass panels helped to keep the wind to a minimum. and also they did not detract from the view. Off road parking with the grounds is a little tight, but easy enough if you reverse into your own dedicated parking bay.
