Two leather sofas in the living room (one of which converts to a spacious double) as well as a large flat screen TV with DVD player means days can be spent either unwinding to the sound of the sea or cosied up with popcorn and a movie while the spacious master bedroom with its sumptuous double bed is just right for long and comfortable nights of deep sleep after days spent out and about. French doors open out on to the wonderful balcony where breakfasts and drinks can be enjoyed al fresco and the property's kitchen is modern and practical and ideal for whipping up home cooked classics. A glass dining table with contemporary seating in the living room creates a lovely space to enjoy dinners with a view.

Positioned within easy reach of all of Torbay’s beaches and attractions, Sea-la-vie is just a few minutes’ walk from Torquay’s palm tree lined seafront and vibrant promenade where stunning gardens and even better sea vistas can be enjoyed. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area including Pier Point which overlooks the marina and Rockfish on the town’s harbour, while further afield in the towns of Kingswear and Dartmouth, guests can take in some of Devon’s best scenery or enjoy a seafood lunch along the River Dart. Cockington Village and Country Park is just 2 miles away and can easily be reached on foot while Babbacombe Downs is just a short drive away and offers an unrivalled vantage point over Lyme Bay and on towards Weymouth.
